Seven Beauties Hotel and Spa Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Seven Beauties? The name sounds almost too precious, but honestly, this little 3-star gem tucked into Sabayil completely overdelivers. I mean, a 9.4 rating isn’t something you stumble across every day, especially at this price point.
The location on Kichik Qala – well, if you know Baku at all, you’ll appreciate being right in Sabayil district. You’re actually walking distance from the Old City walls, and I love that you can slip out for morning coffee without dealing with taxi drama or figuring out the metro. The building itself has this understated charm that fits the neighborhood perfectly – nothing flashy, but it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Check-in was refreshingly smooth (the front desk staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs), and parking… look, it’s Baku, so don’t expect miracles, but they’ll sort you out.
Here’s what really gets me about this place – the spa element isn’t just thrown in there for marketing points. After spending way too much time exploring the city’s windier corners, coming back to actually decent spa facilities felt like finding a twenty in your old jacket. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that expensive hotels sometimes miss completely. Nothing’s trying too hard to impress you, but everything works the way it should. The morning light comes in just right, and honestly, the beds are better than they have any right to be for the price. I noticed they’ve paid attention to the small stuff too – proper water pressure (thank god), decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and rooms that actually stay quiet even when the Caspian winds pick up. You’ll sleep well here, which… in a city that never really stops moving, that’s worth its weight in manat. The breakfast situation is solid without being fancy – fresh bread, local cheese, proper tea. Sometimes that beats an elaborate buffet that’s been sitting under heat lamps since dawn.

Where do I start; attentive friendly staff, lovely comfortable compact room; great shower, smart TV, fridge and kettle in room.
Cool spa facilities, pool that can be heated or cold, hammam.
Great value for money and large fresh breakfast (fresh warm bread, butter, jam, salad, eggs).Extremely pleasant and restful, spa also very good. – Dorothy from United Kingdom – 21 April 2025 (10/10)
Staff very helpful. Location excellent.
What could be improved: Taxi cannot come into old town , comes to nearest gateBaku is an incredible destination — and this hotel is a great base to start the journey. – Julia from Norway – 14 April 2025 (10/10)
I stayed here during a family vacation with my parents and friends, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. This small, family-run hotel has a cozy, welcoming vibe and a central location that made everything easily accessible.
While the rooms are on the smaller side, the lovely terrace with a beautiful view more than made up for it — ideal for relaxed breakfasts with family or taking work calls in peace. The atmosphere is quiet and fuss-free, making it a great spot for those who appreciate privacy and a homely feel.
The location couldn’t be better: close to popular tourist attractions, banks, and plenty of great restaurants. Excellent value for money.
The staff were also accommodating — you can arrange a taxi through them, and they offer flexible breakfast hours upon request.
What could be improved: I’m personally not a fan of big hotels — I prefer to avoid elevators, long corridors, breakfast lines, and the all-inclusive format. This small hotel was exactly what I was looking for. With fewer than 10 rooms, it felt quiet, personal, and easy to navigate.
We had only breakfast included, which was simple yet satisfying — eggs, fresh vegetables, and warm bread. Just what I needed to start the day right.
Location was a big plus: close to historic tour routes, the subway, and plenty of local food spots. You could go fancy at a nearby restaurant or grab street food just around the corner — the best of both worlds, depending on your mood.
The hotel team was also incredibly flexible. I arrived early, and since my room was available, they let me check in with no extra charge. That was such a nice gesture and really appreciated.Good location and great staff. – Jeanetsky from United Arab Emirates – 10 March 2025 (8/10)
We recently stayed at seven beauties hotel and spa and had a generally positive experience. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was great although they don’t serve buffet or much options.
What could be improved: The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. However, there was one major issue – the bathroom had a persistent and unpleasant odor.Mr.Tural was Amazing truly great service – Emrah from Turkey – 18 February 2025 (10/10)

I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. My room was on the first floor. Breakfast was served with pre-selected items and it was delicious. I have already recommended to my family and friends for their upcoming travel to Baku. Shirvanshah's Palace is located in just 3 minutes walk.
What could be improved: Nothing really. Everything was quite nice. Had no negative eperience.A journey into the depths of history – Araz from Azerbaijan – 19 January 2025 (10/10)
