The street gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll actually get some rest here, unlike those places right on Nizami Street where the nightlife never stops. I did notice the WiFi can be spotty on the third floor during peak hours, but honestly, that might be a blessing depending on why you’re traveling. For a three-star place with a 9 rating, Central Baku delivers on that promise of boutique charm without the boutique price tag – it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special rather than just booked another room.
