You know what struck me first about the Will Hotel? It’s tucked away on Əliəşrəf Əlizadə street in a way that feels intentional – like they wanted to give you that authentic Baku neighborhood experience without throwing you completely to the wolves. I mean, you’re still right in the heart of things, just a few minutes’ walk from the buzzing Nizami street shopping area, but there’s this surprisingly calm vibe once you step inside.

The lobby honestly surprised me – it’s got this modern elegance thing going on without trying too hard to impress. The staff actually seemed to know their stuff when I asked about getting around the city, which is rarer than you’d think. They pointed me toward the best marshrutka routes (those shared minibuses locals use) and warned me about which streets get clogged during rush hour. The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully designed – everything works the way it should, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. I’m usually pretty picky about pillows, but theirs hit that sweet spot between firm and soft. The bathrooms are spotless, and they’ve got decent water pressure, which… well, if you’ve traveled around this region before, you know that’s not always a given.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’ve got proper bakeries within a block – the kind where locals actually go for their morning bread, not tourist traps. There’s a little tea house around the corner where older guys play nard (backgammon) in the afternoons, and honestly, sitting there with a glass of tea watching Baku life happen is worth the trip alone. The hotel’s close enough to the Old City that you can walk there in about fifteen minutes, but far enough that you’re not dealing with cruise ship crowds every time you step outside. Parking’s decent if you’re renting a car, though I’d recommend just using taxis or the metro – the Sahil station is maybe a ten-minute walk, and from there you can get pretty much anywhere in the city. The whole experience just feels… right, you know? Like they’ve figured out how to be a proper hotel without losing that local character that makes Baku interesting in the first place.

  The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and main attractions. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and well-groomed — always ready to help with a smile.   What could be improved: Totally recommend! I don't have enough fingers on my hands to count how much good things these guys did for us. First they accepted our early morning check in with saving a breakfast with no extra charges. They provided their transfer from an airport with minimum charge. Stuff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a hand whatever we asked for help with. Room was very clean and cozy, breakfast – delicious. Convenient location makes everything you need within walking distance. I do my tremendous appreciation to the staff of this gorgeous hotel. Thank you guys!

  Все понравилось, думал букинг завышает рейтинг, а оказалось действительно хорошее место, персонал, расположение, чистые номера, дружелюбный стафф, рядом с Центром Гейдара Алиева, 5-10 минут на такси до Старого центра, такси дешёвое 2-3 маната, вечером 5 манат. Нам с семьёй все понравилось!

  Отель удобно расположен – рядом находятся магазины, торговый центр, базар, Зоопарк, Фитнес-центр, а также станции метро и остановки общественного транспорта, что делает передвижение по городу очень удобным. В пешей доступности расположен Культурный центр Гейдара Алиева – одно из главных архитектурных достопримечательностей Баку.
  Кроме того, в округе есть множество ресторанов, работающих круглосуточно, а также 24-часовые магазины, что делает пребывание здесь еще комфортнее.
  Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудников отеля – Тахир и Алекбер были невероятно полезны, всегда готовы помочь и сделать пребывание гостей максимально приятным. Отличный сервис и доброжелательный персонал!Мы остались довольны. Вернулись бы еще раз.

  Таир просто красавчик. Все рассказал, во всем помогал. Даже в один день проспали завтрак, так он все организовал нам бесплатно примерно часов в 11 утра. Постельное белье шикарное. Есть место для бесплатной парковки автомобиля. Недалеко находится большой ТЦ и шикарный недорогой ресторан. Вокруг очень много продуктовых магазинов. В следующий раз в Баку только в этот отель.
