It’s this sleek high-rise tucked away on Abbas Mirzə Şərifzadə street in Yasamal – honestly, I almost walked past it because the entrance is more subtle than you’d expect for a 4-star place. But once you’re inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about the details here. The lobby has this warm, modern vibe without trying too hard to impress, and the staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing during check-in, which is rarer than it should be in Baku.

The location is actually pretty clever if you know the city at all. Yasamal district puts you right in the sweet spot – close enough to Old City and Flame Towers for the tourist stuff, but you’re staying where actual Bakuvians live and work. I mean, you can walk to decent restaurants that aren’t completely overpriced, and there’s this authentic neighborhood feel once you step outside. The building itself is tall enough that higher floors probably have decent views (though I can’t speak to that personally), and parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting. What really surprised me was how quiet it stays at night – for being on a fairly busy street, the windows must be decent quality because I barely heard traffic.

Here’s the thing about places with ratings this high (9.4 is seriously impressive) – sometimes you go in expecting perfection and get disappointed by small stuff. But honestly, this felt more like they just consistently nail the basics really well. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, the Wi-Fi actually works reliably, and little touches like proper lighting for reading and decent water pressure suggest they understand what travelers actually care about. I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed to take pride in their work, which you can tell from how everything’s arranged, not just cleaned. The whole experience felt genuine rather than performed, if that makes sense – like they’re running a hotel because they want to do it well, not because they’re following some corporate manual. For the price point and location, it’s the kind of place I’d actually recommend to friends visiting Baku, especially if they want to experience the city without staying in some massive international chain downtown.

  Только белая мебель.
  Теплый пол, горячая/холодная вода в любое время суток.
  Стиральная машина, утюг, фен, холодильник, микроволновка, кондиционеры во всех комнатах, большой телевизор.
  Вид из окон заслуживает отдельного восхищения.
  Магазин, аптека в доме на первом этаже. Фруктовые магазины в соседних домах.

  Мне всё очень понравилось. Квартира была шикарная, просторная, чистая. Цена так же была приемлемая, за такую то квартиру. Все удобства были предложены. Местоположение в центре города. Хозяин адекватный, готовый войти в положение, всегда был на связи. Всем гостям, посетивший город Баку, однозначно советую!
