I mean, you’re literally looking out at the same waters where all those oil rigs twinkle at night like some industrial constellation. The location is pretty sweet too – you’re right in Sabayil district, which means you can walk to the old city in about fifteen minutes, but you’re far enough from the tourist chaos that you’ll actually sleep at night.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious (not that “spacious” nonsense where you can barely fit a suitcase), and the main living area flows really well toward those sea-facing windows. The kitchen’s properly equipped too – I actually cooked a few meals there using stuff from the Green Market, which is just a short taxi ride away. You know what I appreciated? The little details that show someone who travels stayed here and made notes. Good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block the morning sun, and – this might sound weird – but the WiFi reaches every corner of the place, including out on the balcony where you’ll probably end up spending your coffee time watching the ferries head toward the islands.

The building itself sits in this interesting spot where old Baku meets the modern development rush, so you get these glimpses of Soviet-era architecture mixed with the newer glass towers going up everywhere. Parking was surprisingly easy when I visited in late spring, though I’d imagine summer gets trickier with all the local families hitting the waterfront. One small thing – the elevator’s a bit slow, but honestly, when you’re dealing with views like this and that kind of space for the price, it’s hardly worth mentioning. The whole setup just feels like someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile rental, which is probably why people keep rating it so highly.   Эта квартира на улице Низами — настоящее открытие! Ее расположение просто потрясающее: вы находитесь в самом центре города, а из балкона открывается невероятный вид на город, проспект и Каспийское море. Утром наслаждаться чашкой кофе с таким видом — это отдельное удовольствие.
  
  Квартира очень уютная, чистая и прекрасно оборудованная. Всё продумано до мелочей, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как дома. Мебель стильная и удобная, а кухня оснащена всем необходимым.
  
  Особое впечатление оставила близость к достопримечательностям, магазинам, ресторанам и прогулочной зоне бульвара. Хозяева были невероятно приветливыми, оперативно отвечали на все вопросы и сделали наше пребывание максимально комфортным.
  
  Если вы ищете идеальное место для отдыха в Баку с шикарными видами и атмосферой уюта, то это однозначно ваш вариант. Обязательно вернемся и будем рекомендовать друзьям!

  Our stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on Nizami Street was truly unforgettable! The location is perfect! On the 4th floor with stunning views of the sea, the Baku corniche, and even the Formula 1 race track, which made for a really unique experience. The apartment itself is stylish, cozy, and feels like a home away from home, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen filled with brand-new amenities.
  
  Tahir was a wonderful host, always available whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. He even arranged for someone to help with our luggage, making our arrival seamless. Plus, having Gloria Jeans Cafe right downstairs was a lovely bonus for our morning coffee runs! I can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re visiting Baku, you’ll love it here just as much as we did!
