The apartment itself – well, it’s got this clean, minimalist vibe that somehow doesn’t feel sterile. The windows are huge (thank god, because some places in this neighborhood can feel cramped), and if you get lucky with the right unit, you’ll catch glimpses of the Caspian between the buildings. What really got me was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen’s properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer – and the Wi-Fi actually works consistently, which honestly can be hit or miss in Baku. The bathroom’s modern with decent water pressure, though fair warning: like most places in the city, the hot water can take a minute to kick in during morning rush hours.

Here’s the thing about this location that booking sites won’t tell you – you’re right between the old Soviet-era buildings and the newer developments, so you get this interesting mix of authentic Baku life. There’s a small market just around the corner where locals shop (great for grabbing fresh bread and those incredible Azerbaijani tomatoes), and you’re close enough to 28 Mall that you can easily stock up on anything you forgot to pack. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after about 10 PM, which is perfect if you’re trying to recover from exploring the Old City all day. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re renting a car – it’s mostly street parking and locals definitely have their unspoken rules about spots – but honestly, you probably won’t need a car much from here anyway. The metro’s accessible, and taxis actually know where they’re going when you give them this address. That 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should, without any of the usual apartment rental surprises that can derail a trip.

  I highly recommend this apartment if you would like to stay in Baku.
  Apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay, there is everything you need. it is very convenient if you stay with family and children.
  Location is very good to reach center and old city by walk and other important locations if you take a taxy or bus in Baku.
  During our stay neighborhood was very calm, no noise bothered us.

  It's a cozy flat located in one of the old 2-3-storey buildings of Baku. The location is great if you have no trouble walking (it takes about 15 mins to walk to the Old City). If travelling with the elderly, however, you might want to choose something else. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. Feels like visiting a distant relative in Baku, in the best sense. Very nice bathroom: recently renovated and large. The rooms aren't big, but it's a great value for money given you get the entire apartment instead of a room at a hotel. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We are happy with our stay, thank you!

  Good location, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Balcony to sit, and TV has a lot of channels, Azeri, Russian etc.
  
  What could be improved: Master bedroom could have thicker curtains, as not to let light in as easily. Not too bad though.

  This apartment is really a hidden gem in central Baku.
  The building exterior doesn't justify apartment's value, but once we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised.
  The interiors are very modern. It's a cozy apartment with all required necessities and a balcony.
  Though the rooms are bit small, this apartment is perfect for smaller family of 3. Room heating was perfect. Even the bathroom floor has heating which is plus in such cold weather.
  Apartment is accessible from main road, and a big park is just across the road. The apartment is equipped with all required necessities such as fresh linen, towels, kitchen equipments, fridge, TV, washing machine, wi-fi etc.
  
  Nizami street is just 5 to 7 minutes walk and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in 5 mins walking distance.
  
  The owner is polite and friendly person, he responded all our queries in time. There was a small water clogging issue in bathroom sink, which owner got fixed very quick.
  
  I liked the self check-in and check-out process. Owner had given clear instructions about the location and check-in process which was easy.
  
  Overall I liked the apartment and will definitely recommend it to others.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing major, but we really missed side tables next to Bed, also addition of international adapter would really help foreign tourist guest.

  We had a pleasant and comfortable stay! The property is clean and well-maintained, with complete kitchen facilities, which made it feel like home. The location is very convenient—just a 5-10 minute walk to fast food chains and shops within the city. The host is kind and very responsive. On our second day, we experienced an issue with the room and water heater after coming back from a whole-day tour, but the host immediately came within 5 minutes to fix everything. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! 😊
  
  What could be improved: A few things to note: There’s no parking, and the street is narrow and one-way, so unloading can be a bit challenging if you’re driving. Also, the building itself looks old and not well-maintained, which might give you second thoughts upon arrival. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. However, once inside, the unit is surprisingly cozy, clean, and well-kept—definitely better than expected! Overall, a good stay at a reasonable price.

  The apartment is located in the heart of the city, near to most touristic places and landmarks, the owner arranged all necessary information and housing services, the place is very cosy and romantic, I highly recommend it to couples or small families.
