Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Baku, but this Seaside apartment on Üzeyir Hacıbəyli really caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that moment when you walk into a place and think “oh, this is actually nicer than the photos”? Yeah, that happened here. The five-star rating isn’t just marketing fluff; they’ve genuinely thought through the details that matter when you’re unwinding after a long day exploring the Old City or dealing with Baku’s unpredictable weather.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in Sabayil without the tourist chaos. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Caspian Sea promenade, but tucked away on a quieter street where you won’t hear groups of tourists chatting outside your window at midnight. The building itself has that solid Soviet-era construction (you know, the kind where walls are actually thick), but the apartment’s been completely modernized. What really impressed me was the attention to soundproofing – I could barely hear the street noise, which is saying something in Baku. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook, not just a mini-fridge and hope for the best. And honestly, after eating out for days, being able to make coffee the way I like it in the morning felt like luxury.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I booked: the area gets pretty lively on weekends, but in a good way – lots of locals heading to the waterfront, families out for evening walks. The building entrance is a bit understated (I actually walked past it twice the first time), but once you’re inside, everything makes sense. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times because the person managing it seemed to have other properties too. The Wi-Fi is solid – I had video calls without issues, which isn’t always guaranteed in Baku apartments. One small thing that bugged me initially was that the shower takes a minute to get properly hot, but once it does, the pressure is excellent. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and feel settled, not like you’re camping out in someone else’s space. For the price point and that location in Sabayil, honestly, you’d be hard-pressed to find something better.

  Konum güzeldi, anahtarı vardığımız gibi teslim aldık, hoş karşılandık, apartman görsellerde gördüğümüz gibiydi
  
  What could be improved: Bir yatak odasının lambası bozuktu, odanın sigortası da kapalıydı, odanın elektriğini ve salondaki televizyonu kullanamadık. Banyo gideri iyi değildi, odayla banyoyu belirtmemize rağmen düzeltilmedi. Diğer yatak odasında döşekler kırıktı. Komşular biraz gürültücü.

  Понравилось расположение. В шаговой доступности все места, ради которых мы на 3 дня приехали в Баку.
  Понравились сами апартаменты, очень просторные и удобные.
  Встреча и радушное размещение – выше всяких похвал.
  
  What could be improved: Слегка подкачало "внутреннее содержимое"… Отсутствие туалетной бумаги (пусть даже и в мусульманской стране), средств для мытья посуды и батареек в бесконечном количестве пультов от ТВ, кондиционеров и прочего.
  Конечно это мелочи и за такую цену на них можно закрыть глаза, но это какое-то " базовые вещи", на которые хочется обратить внимание собственников бизнеса.

  What could be improved: The only acceptable couples, After I reserve on this hotel and check out from my previous one and I arrived, They didn't receive me.

  Замечательная, большая, уютная квартира с шикарной локацией. Заранее получили обратную связь по вопросам заселения и инструкции (организовали раннее заселение). Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин оперативно отвечал на вопросы и давал рекомендации. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Anadolu, отличная кухня и прекрасный сервис.
  Соотношение цена-качество, надежно и комфортно, а что еще нужно для отдыха.

  Шикарный вид, огромная площадь, есть вся техника и посуда, чтобы стирать, готовить и т.д. Очень приятный интеллигентный хост. Расположение апартов тоже отличное.
  
  What could be improved: Квартира немного подуставшая – в душевой плохо сходит вода, не работает вытяжка, на кухне периодически пахло канализацией из раковины. Было прохладно в помещении, но я был в аномальный для Баку холод, поэтому не считаю это косяком квартиры.
