The Caspian Sea is close enough that you can smell the salt air on breezy days, and getting to places like Fountain Square or the Flame Towers is just a quick taxi ride or pleasant walk, depending on your energy level. Parking can be a bit tricky around here – it’s city center, after all – but the building sorts that out for you, which is honestly a huge relief if you’re planning to rent a car and explore outside Baku.

The appartment has great location: walking distance from downtown, shoreline, shopping mall.
It is huge and suitable for accomdation of big family or for company of friends.
The large clean pool with steam cabine and sauna (next door) was a nice bonus.
What could be improved: Just a few reccomendations:
For the total comfort, it is desirable to provide consumables for the entire stay, such as soap (the reservoirs were initially empty in all bathrooms), shampoo, toilet paper, towels for the kitchen, enough salt and sugar.
There are no pots in the kitchen – only pans – nothing to even boil eggs in.
And another small note – this is to the cleaning staff. It is necessary to remove food of the previous guests from the fridge.
