Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Park Azure Deluxe Home 526” I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name sounds a bit corporate, you know? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on November 8th Avenue (that’s what 8 NOYABIR PR means, by the way) in the Xətai district, and honestly, the location works better than you’d think. You’re technically in Nasimi, but it feels more residential than touristy, which I actually loved.
The building itself is pretty modern – nothing too flashy, but clean lines and that kind of understated elegance that doesn’t scream “look at me.” What really got me was stepping inside though. The apartment (because that’s what this really is, a proper apartment setup) has this airy feel with big windows that let in tons of natural light. The furnishings are actually thoughtful – not just generic hotel stuff, but pieces that feel like someone who travels a lot picked them out. I mean, there’s a proper coffee setup, not just those tiny hotel packets, and the kitchen is functional enough that you could actually cook if you wanted to. The beds are comfortable too, though I’ll warn you the pillows are on the firmer side if that matters to you.
Here’s what I really appreciated – the neighborhood vibe is genuine Baku residential life. You’ve got small shops within walking distance, and there’s this little café about two blocks down that serves the best qutab I had during my entire stay (the locals line up there around 7 AM, which tells you everything). Parking was surprisingly easy, which anyone who’s driven in Baku will tell you is not a given. The building’s quiet at night too, even though you’re on a main avenue – good windows, I guess. The 7.8 rating makes sense to me actually. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but everything works, it’s clean, the WiFi is solid, and the value is there. Plus, you get that whole apartment experience while still having someone to call if something goes wrong. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was in town for more than just a couple days and wanted to feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local.

Apartamentul este spațios și confortabil. La parterul blocului de află un supermarket 24/7. Persoana care ne-a așteptat (fratele proprietarului) a fost politicos. Mobilierul este modern. La rugămintea noastră de a suplimenta prosoapele (eram 4 persoane si au fost doar două prosoape) proprietarul a fost foarte prompt și cererea a fost îndeplinită. Aparatele de aer condiționat funcționează impecabil și sunt silențioase.
What could be improved: Unele piese de mobilier sunt deteriorate sau învechite, a trebuit să cumpărăm detergent de vase, gel de duș, șampon, hârtie igienica, filtre pentru cafea.
