When I first walked into this apartment-style setup, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the street view, but man, was I wrong. The building itself sits right in the heart of Sabayil, which means you’re basically in the center of everything that matters in Baku without dealing with the tourist trap chaos of the Old City walls.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment comfort. You know what I mean? You get the space to actually live a bit – there’s a proper kitchen if you want to grab some fresh pomegranates from the local market (there’s a great one just a few blocks down toward the Caspian) – but you’re not stuck figuring out broken WiFi or hunting down extra towels like in some rentals I’ve suffered through. The whole setup feels like staying at your well-organized friend’s place, except they actually have good taste and invested in decent linens. I mean, that 9.4 rating isn’t just people being generous – the attention to detail shows, from the way they’ve set up the lighting (warm, not those harsh LEDs that make you look dead) to having actually comfortable furniture you’d want to relax in after walking around the city all day.

The location though – that’s where this place really wins. Neftiannikov Avenue puts you within easy walking distance of the Flame Towers (yeah, you can actually see them from some of the windows), but more importantly, you’re close to where locals actually eat and hang out. There’s this little tea house about three streets over that serves the best plov I had in the entire city, and honestly, I probably wouldn’t have found it if I’d been staying in one of those big international hotels up by the waterfront. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see the same shopkeeper every morning, and the streets quiet down nicely at night – no drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (most people aren’t, but just saying), though the staff actually helped me figure out the best spots nearby. The whole experience just felt… easy, I guess? Like someone had thought through all the little things that usually annoy you about travel and quietly fixed them before you even noticed they could be problems.

  the host picks you up from the airport and drops you off .
  
  What could be improved: 1)the balcony is a side balcony and for the F1 you can only see about 20 meters of the main road.
  2)my biggest issue was no elevators on the property . you have to walk up 10 flight of stairs .
  if you not fit this is a difficult thing to do . in addition if you planning on drinking alcohol you will not manage to get up the stairs .
  3) you cannot have a shower in the mornings due no water pressure .
