It’s one of those places that completely defies its three-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed at “luxury” hotels that felt way less put-together than this spot. Located right on Inshaatchilar Avenue in Yasamal, it’s tucked into this residential area that actually gives you a real feel for how Baku locals live, rather than keeping you trapped in some tourist bubble.

The apartment setup is what really won me over. I mean, when you’re traveling for more than a few days, having an actual kitchen and living space changes everything. The units are surprisingly spacious – not just “European spacious” where you can barely open a suitcase, but genuinely roomy. What caught my attention was how thoughtfully everything was arranged; whoever designed these spaces actually understood what travelers need. The WiFi is solid (I was working remotely part of my stay), and the beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, especially compared to the chaos around Fountain Square or the Old City, so you’ll actually get decent sleep.

Here’s the thing about this area of Yasamal – it’s perfectly positioned if you know how to navigate Baku. You’re close enough to walk to some excellent local restaurants that tourists never find, but you can also hop on public transport or grab a taxi to hit the main sights without breaking the bank. The building’s entrance is a bit understated (I actually walked past it twice the first time), but once you’re inside, everything feels well-maintained and secure. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no drama, no hidden fees, just genuine hospitality. The staff actually seemed to care about whether you had what you needed, which honestly feels rare these days. That 9.5 rating isn’t just people being generous; this place delivers on the basics while adding those little touches that make you want to extend your stay.

  Расположение очень удобное , сами апартаменты с отличным ремонтом! Были и халаты, полотенце и ванные принадлежности! Фен, утюг . Вода работала исправно! Вся мебель новая . Под домом есть маркет, аптека, сбоку дома есть араз маркет , который работает 24/7. А если проголодаетесь, то рядом достаточно кафе и пекарен ))) С хозяином апартаментов было приятно иметь дело , все рассказал, показал, помог где нужно . Все было очень оперативно. Многие мои друзья из Баку попросили контакты , потому что им тоже понравились апартаменты, и они узнавали для своих друзей и родственников , которые приезжают в гости, в дальнейшем чтоб разместить там)

  Everything about this apartment was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
