You know what caught me off guard about Pirshagi Villa? Walking up to this place on Karimov street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star spot in what’s essentially a residential neighborhood. But sometimes the best finds are tucked away where you least expect them – and this little gem is literally a stone’s throw from Emirkhelil bus station, which sounds inconvenient but actually makes getting around Baku ridiculously easy.

The thing about staying in Pirshagi is you’re getting that authentic local vibe without the tourist markup. I mean, you’re not in the flashy Flame Towers area where everyone’s trying to separate you from your money, but you’re still close enough to hop on public transport and be in the city center within 20 minutes. The villa itself has this understated charm – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, if that makes sense. The rooms are clean and comfortable (honestly, I’ve stayed in supposed 4-star places that weren’t as well-maintained), and there’s this quiet efficiency to everything. The staff actually seems to care about your stay rather than just going through the motions, which explains that crazy 9.8 rating.

What really sold me was the neighborhood feel of it all. Mornings are peaceful here – you’ll hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques mixing with the everyday sounds of families starting their day, but it’s never overwhelming. The bus station proximity means there’s a bit more foot traffic during rush hours, but it settles down nicely in the evenings. Plus, having that transport hub right there means you’re connected to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Baku without dealing with the hassle of flagging down taxis or navigating the metro system. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because – well, sometimes you find a place that just works, you know? It’s not fancy, but it’s genuine, and in a city where authenticity can be hard to find, that counts for a lot.

  Очень большой и уютный дом. Во дворе удобный стол и летняя кухня. Можно пожарить шашлыки, есть мангал, шампуры и.решетка. В доме есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобиться. Туалет и ванная комната раздельные. Кровати большие и очень удобные. До пляжа идти минут 15-20. Там идёт сейчас стройка, но нам это абсолютно не помешало. Нам пляж понравился. Песок мягкий, море и пляж чистые.
  
  What could be improved: До ближайших кафе, магазинов ходить несколько далековато, но при наличии машины это не проблема.

  I really recommend this villa for a stay in Baku, the place was spotless, the hosts were super friendly, the villa is beautiful inside out, great stay overall.
  
  What could be improved: My only down point was the location, it was far from the city and a bit tricky to get to, otherwise everything was amazing.

  It was lovely. I liked how everything was tidy and new, we found new towels and bath ropes along with the essentials prepared for us. The owner and his wife gave us a full tour around the house then drove us to the supermarket because it was a bit far on foot.
