Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on Nobel Prospekti, I thought “great, another generic Baku apartment rental.” But honestly? This place totally surprised me. The Park Azure building is actually one of those newer developments that doesn’t look like much from the street, but once you’re up on that fourth floor… wow. The sea view hits you the moment you walk in, and I mean really hits you – not some sliver between buildings, but actual Caspian Sea stretching out like it owns the place.

The two-bedroom setup works brilliantly if you’re traveling with family or friends who actually want space to breathe. The living room’s got this massive window that basically becomes your entertainment center – I spent way too much time just watching the ships come and go while drinking my morning coffee. You know what I loved? The kitchen’s actually functional. I mean, most rental places give you this sad little kitchenette, but here you can properly cook if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night. The bedrooms are generous too, though the master gets the better view (obviously). Fair warning – the traffic on Nobel can get pretty intense during rush hour, but honestly, you’re far enough up that it’s more like white noise than actual distraction.

Location-wise, you’re sort of in this sweet spot where you can walk to some decent restaurants without being stuck in the touristy chaos of the Old City. There’s a solid grocery store about five minutes away – crucial info if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The building’s got proper parking, which anyone who’s driven in Baku will tell you is worth its weight in gold. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too, none of that “meet me at a random corner with a key” nonsense you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The whole experience feels more like a proper hotel, just with way more space and that killer view. At a 9.3 rating, I was expecting something special, and it actually delivers – which, let’s be real, doesn’t always happen with these highly-rated places.

  Nice and clean apartment at a good location. There are restaurants, ATM, and a supermarket in the same building as well as many more across the street. The boulevard is a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment complex.The host was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying at this place.

I felt safe and secure throughout my time here, especially with the visible security cameras near the apartment door and the thorough check-in process. Knowing that the apartment had such a strong focus on safety really put my mind at ease.
  The location is another plus. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there is a market located in the same building, which made it convenient for any shopping needs without having to venture far.
  Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this gem. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The owners were exceptionally helpful, accommodating our late check-out request and responding promptly to any queries. The prime location adds to the overall appeal of this wonderful apartment. I only wish we could have stayed for a whole week instead of just two nights!
