The Flame Towers are visible from certain angles if you lean out the window a bit – not exactly a selling point, but kind of nice to have that landmark reference when you’re getting your bearings. Public transport connections are solid too; you don’t need to budget for taxis everywhere, which honestly makes a difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The owner was pretty responsive when I had questions, and check-in was straightforward – no weird complications or hidden fees that sometimes pop up with these independent places. Look, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but if you want somewhere that feels more like temporarily living in Baku rather than just passing through, this hits that sweet spot.
