The building sits right in the heart of Nasimi district, and I mean *right* in it – you’re basically surrounded by the kind of authentic Baku energy that most tourists completely miss when they stick to the Old City bubble.

What really got me was how the staff treated the whole thing like you’re staying at their family place rather than some corporate chain. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (no endless upselling), and the apartments themselves? Well, they’re genuinely spacious in a way that makes you forget you’re in a hotel at all. The kitchenettes are actually functional – not those sad little setups with a broken mini-fridge and one sad burner. I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings, which felt weirdly normal and homey. The WiFi works properly throughout (tested it obsessively because, you know, work emails), and honestly, the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with cardboard all night.

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to appreciate – yes, it’s busy during the day because you’re in a proper neighborhood where actual Bakuvians live and work, but it quiets down nicely in the evenings. You’re walking distance to some genuinely good local restaurants (not the tourist traps), and the public transport connections are solid if you want to explore other parts of the city. Parking can be a bit of an adventure during peak hours, I’ll admit, but that’s just Baku for you. The 8.2 rating makes perfect sense to me – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals really well.   كان تعاون الأخوين في خدمة الضيوف متميزة، الشقة واسعة و رحبة فهي مكونة من غرفتين نوم و صالة واسعة جدا و مطبخ صغير و دورة مياه كان كل شئ مميز احسسنا بأننا في منزلنا و لأول مرة قمنا بالطبخ في باكو بكل أريحية بسبب جمال المكان ،الشقة طابعها كأنها متحف مميز يجمع بين القدم و المعاصرة، موقع المكان بجانب محطة القطارات في باكو الشقة تمتاز بوقع قريب من المولات و محلات التسوق و كذلك هناك الكثير من البقالات بجانبها و محلات طباعة،كذلك بأمكانك بسهولة الوصول لحديقة البحر ،ملاحظات الشقة تقع في بناية بها عوائل فمن الأفضل التزام الهدوء. و الاهم اترك المكان انظف مما كان.

The apartment is distinguished by its proximity to malls and shopping stores. There are also many grocery stores and printing shops next to it. You can also easily reach the sea park. Notes: The apartment is located in a building with families, so it is better to remain quiet. Most importantly, leave the place cleaner than it was.

  What could be improved: العيب الوحيد في الشقة انها في الطابق الخامس لكنها حقا تستحق العيش فيها لرحابتها و موقعها المميز.
  The only drawback of the apartment is that it is on the fifth floor, but it is really worth living in because of its spaciousness and distinguished location.
