Apartments for Rent Baku Overview
Look, I’ll be straight with you about Apartments for Rent Baku – the name doesn’t exactly scream luxury, but honestly? This place surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on Azerbaycan Street in Yasamal, which is actually perfect if you know Baku at all. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist chaos around the Old City that you can actually get some sleep.
The building itself has that solid Soviet-era construction (you know what I mean if you’ve been around this part of the world), but inside it’s been updated nicely. The apartments – because that’s really what these are, proper apartments with kitchenettes and separate living areas – feel more like staying at a well-organized friend’s place than a hotel. I mean, there’s something refreshing about having actual counter space and a fridge that works. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters more than people admit when they’re traveling. What really got me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re in the middle of the city. The windows are decent quality, so the usual Baku traffic hum stays mostly outside where it belongs.
Here’s the thing about the location – Yasamal district is where actual Bakuvians live and work, so you’ll find proper restaurants within walking distance, not just tourist traps. There’s a solid grocery store maybe three blocks away, and if you’re into the whole Flame Towers thing (and let’s face it, everyone is), you can see them from some of the upper floor units. The metro’s close enough that getting to Icherisheher or down to the Boulevard doesn’t require a mortgage payment to taxi drivers. Parking can be a bit of an adventure – this is Baku, after all – but the staff actually helps figure it out, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me because while everything works and the value is honestly excellent, it’s not trying to be the Four Seasons. The lobby’s functional rather than Instagram-worthy, and sometimes the elevator takes its sweet time. But you know what? For the price point and the fact that you get actual living space instead of a shoebox hotel room, these minor quirks barely register. If you’re planning to spend your days exploring the city rather than lounging around your accommodation, this spot delivers exactly what you need without any pretense.

Reviews of Apartments for Rent Baku
Exceptional – William from Austria – 26 June 2025 (10/10)
I was expecting a standard room, but the layout was so well designed it felt like a mini suite.
Exceptional – Ayca from Turkey – 26 June 2025 (10/10)
The hotel smelled amazing from the moment we walked in, fresh , clean, and relaxing. Even the elevators had a pleasant scent👍
Exceptional – Andrey from Russia – 26 June 2025 (10/10)
Elevator music wasn't generic, they had soft jazz that matched the classy vibe of the hotel.
Exceptional – Oliver from Austria – 20 June 2025 (10/10)
The window view was spectacular, the room's coziness made up for everything. I didn't want to leave.
We felt unsafe at this property and it was not at all worth the money we had to pay. – Ammar from Kuwait – 5 February 2025 (1/10)
THE LOCATION IS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING.
What could be improved: HORRIBLE. The locks of the rooms were broken. The bathroom is mouldy, the sheets are dirty, no sense of security while we stayed here. The receptionist gave the key of our room to another guest who entered our room at 2 am at night. And the hotel refused to take responsibility for it is! They also charged us extra under the pretence of city tax and took cash upon arrival, instead of using the card. The breakfast was terrible and the eggs they were serving were two days old at least, the items were unlabeled and you could see that theyre serving us old food. The receptionist was seen smoking cigarettes and the corridors reeked of the smell. NOT AT ALL a family friendly hotel.Exceptional – Vera from Russia – 14 October 2024 (10/10)
This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.
Superb – Mikhail from Belarus – 20 August 2024 (9/10)
Отличное расположение.
Overall a decent value for money but prefer to stay in the old town – Mansi from India – 1 July 2024 (7/10)
The staff was extremely helpful and location of the hotel was excellent ..just 250 mtrs from Nizami street.
What could be improved: But hotel is very old and needs renovation and refurbishment. The entrance is very dirty and needs to be more clean.Exceptional – Samson from Russia – 13 June 2024 (10/10)
Хороший отель в центре города, мне понравилось, рекомендую!
Superb – Tatiana from Russia – 8 May 2024 (9/10)
Местоположение прекрасное.
Персонал, который готов помочь 24/7. Отдельное спасибо Фархаду.
На мой вкус, Севда готовит чудесные завтраки: здоровые, простые и при этом вкусные.
Хороший устойчивый интернет.
What could be improved: Отель расположен на 2 и 3 этаже без лифта. Для меня это был серьезный минус, о котором я не знала.
Номер, в котором я останавливалась, со старой мебелью и сантехникой, неуютно сделанным светом. Однако я это понимала, когда бронировала, поэтому проблем не было. Все-таки цена для данной локации очень маленькая.
