The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that you’ve found something special tucked away on Shikhov Beach. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, just genuinely welcoming with that perfect balance of modern comfort and Caspian Sea charm that makes Baku such an interesting destination.

Location & Surroundings

You know what really struck me about this place? The location is absolutely spot-on, especially if you’re traveling as a couple — and I can see why guests consistently rate it so highly. Being right on Shikhov Beach means you get those gorgeous Caspian Sea views, but you’re still close enough to central Baku that getting around isn’t a hassle. The Sabayil district has this nice residential feel that’s way more authentic than staying in some generic hotel zone. Plus, there’s free parking right on-site, which honestly saves you a headache if you’re planning to explore Azerbaijan by car.

The Rooms & Comfort

My room was exactly what I needed after long days exploring Baku’s Old City and Flame Towers. Nothing too fancy, but everything worked perfectly — comfortable bed, decent Wi-Fi, and those sea views I mentioned earlier.
