The windows face away from the main traffic, so nights are quieter than you’d expect for being this central.

What really sold me was how the owner clearly gets what travelers need. There’s proper WiFi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, the air conditioning actually cools the whole space (not just one corner), and honestly, the bed situation is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. The neighborhood has this authentic residential vibe during the day – you’ll hear kids playing in the courtyard around 4 PM, and there’s usually someone grilling something delicious-smelling on weekends. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying in actual Baku, not tourist Baku, if that makes sense. The building’s entrance is a bit Soviet-era plain, but don’t let that throw you – it’s perfectly safe and the elevator works fine. Check-in was smooth, no weird complications or last-minute surprises. The only tiny thing I’d mention is that the shower takes about three minutes to get properly hot, but once it does, you’re golden. For the price point and that perfect 10 rating it’s been getting, I can see why – it’s one of those rare spots that delivers exactly what it promises without any marketing fluff.

  Просто отлично! Прекрасрая, чистая, двухкомнатная очень большая квартира. Есть все необходимое для очень комфортнрго и длительного пррживания. Современная техника работающая на 100%. Хозяева были всегда на связи готовые во всем оказать помощь. Расположение идеальнре, рядом остановки автобуса , др метро Гянджлик 3 минуты. Рядом супермаркеты, точки питания.
  С удовольствием вернемся снова!
