Honestly, when I first pulled up to this apartment building on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the address sounds pretty official and government-y, you know? But actually, that’s exactly what makes this spot so brilliant. You’re right on one of Baku’s main arteries, which means you can walk to the Flame Towers in about fifteen minutes if you’re feeling ambitious, or just hop in a taxi that’ll actually know where you are without you having to explain for ten minutes.

The apartment itself surprised me – and I mean that in the best way. It’s one of those places that photographs well but somehow feels even better in person. The windows are huge, and if you get lucky with the right unit, you’ll catch glimpses of the Caspian Sea between the buildings. What really got me was how quiet it is inside despite being on such a busy street. I’m usually a light sleeper, but the double-glazed windows actually work. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you want to grab some fresh herbs from the Green Bazaar (it’s maybe a 20-minute walk, though I’d recommend taking a taxi back with your bags). There’s this little corner by the main window that’s perfect for morning coffee – I found myself sitting there every day just watching Baku wake up.

The building manager, well, he speaks better English than my attempts at Azerbaijani, which was a relief during check-in. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during busy hours – there’s street parking, but you might end up walking a block or two if you arrive during rush hour. The neighborhood has this great energy though, especially in the evenings when families come out for walks along the boulevard. You’re close enough to the Old City that you can smell the tea houses on certain nights when the wind’s right, but far enough from the tourist crowds that you feel like you’re actually living in Baku, not just visiting it. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s one of those rare finds where the 9.8 rating actually makes sense once you’ve been there a few days.

  Красивая и уютная квартира ,качественная мебель, хорошая кровать и диван. Нам всего хватило, в квартире имеется посуда , а так же все необходимое для приготовления блюд. Находится практически в центре, новый комплекс, хороший подъезд, в квартире тепло, есть кондиционер для регулирования температуры в каждой комнате, а так же на кухне ,имеются 2 санузла .
  Мы были как дома, спасибо за гостеприимство. 🙏🏻
  Есть не далеко большой продуктовый центр «Браво»
  Общественный транспорт , метро все рядом . Вообщем мы с сестренкой остались очень довольны . И даже скучаем больше по квартире , чем по Баку . Так как после длительных прогулок и изучения культуры и наследия Баку , мы наслаждались отдыхом в уютной квартире «любя называли ее своим домом».

  Чистые, просторные апартаменты, в которых было все нужное: микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина, плита, питьевая вода, посуда, чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Там даже были тапочки, гели для душа и шампуни. В квартире также есть тв и книги для чтения. Быстрый интернет. Очень понравилось, что многие вопросы отлично организованы (доставка воды и домашних обедов прямо в квартиру). Напротив находится самый большой в Баку магазин сети Браво, в котором есть обменник, много товаров и неплохой фастфуд. Ещё плюс, что недалеко от аэропорта, а в центр можно быстро доехать на такси. Территория охраняется, рядом есть детская площадка, спортивные площадки, места для отдыха и даже мангала. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
