There’s something satisfying about grabbing fresh bread from the little bakery down the street and making proper coffee in the morning instead of dealing with those tiny hotel packets. The whole place feels lived-in but pristine, if that makes sense. Windows are properly soundproofed too, which matters more than you’d think in this part of the city. I could hear the gentle hum of Baku street life during the day, but come evening it was surprisingly quiet.

What really sold me was how the staff handled things – they actually remembered my name after day one, and when I mentioned wanting to explore beyond the usual Old City tourist circuit, they pointed me toward some genuinely good local spots. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that forced upselling you get elsewhere. Location-wise, you’re walking distance to the good stuff without being right on top of the chaos. I could stroll to Fountains Square when I wanted energy, or head toward the Caspian waterfront when I needed to decompress. The building has this solid, settled feeling that newer developments don’t quite manage – probably why it earned that perfect 10 rating from other guests. It’s the kind of place where you stop thinking about where you’re staying and just start living in the city, which is exactly what you want from an apartment-style setup in Baku.

  Прежде всего, здравствуйте. Квартира была очень аккуратной и чистой. Расположена в удобном районе — рядом работают супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны круглосуточно. Приморский бульвар и центр города находятся всего в 5–7 минутах ходьбы. В здании круглосуточная охрана, персонал был очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Особая благодарность менеджеру, который помог нам с размещением в квартире 🤗. Мы посетили места, которые он порекомендовал, и отлично провели время. Одним словом, рекомендую всем. Спасибо за ваше гостеприимство, ребята. Надеюсь вернуться снова 🤗🙏🏻 Баку ❤️

  Hello, these are the details I have about the apartment. We liked the cleanliness, the apartment manager helped us in every way. The apartment is in a safe location, the streets are quiet all night long, the streets are very clean and all the shopping places are close by, it is easy to find everything. My family loved this place very much, we are thinking of renting it again when we come to Baku again.

  I had a nice day with my family in this apartment. They took care of me in every way and helped me a lot. The fact that the building is close to the sea is very good for walking. The coffee shop shopping places on the streets are very clean and suitable for sightseeing and walking. It is very easy to reach anywhere we want and it is much better to have a 24/7 market. The streets are very clean and there are all kinds of shopping stores. The fact that everything in the apartment is clean and new made us happier. I will definitely come back here when I come back from Quba.
