The apartment itself is actually pretty thoughtfully designed. Someone clearly spent time thinking about what travelers need versus what just looks good in photos. The kitchen setup works for actual cooking (not just heating up instant noodles), and there’s this attention to detail in the furnishings that surprised me. What really sold me though was stepping onto the balcony in the morning – you get this slice of Baku life happening below, people heading to work, the neighborhood bakery already busy by 7 AM. The sound level is just right too; you’re connected to the city but not dealing with main street traffic noise all night.

Location-wise, you’re maybe a 15-minute walk from the Flame Towers if you cut through the side streets (which I’d recommend – you’ll pass some great little tea houses). The nearest metro stop isn’t exactly next door, but honestly, this part of Baku is perfect for just wandering around. There’s a decent grocery store about two blocks down, and the building itself has this quiet, residential feel that makes you understand how people actually live here. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – none of that awkward key-handoff confusion you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The 9.7 rating makes sense when you experience it; it’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard to impress you. Perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying in Baku rather than just passing through it.

  понравилось расположение, остановка метро и автобуса, магазины. приятный хозяин. все необходимое было в наличии
  
  What could be improved: адреса проживания нет на карте и большая проблема была доехать, объяснить таксисту, куда нужно ехать, адрес не зафиксирован на картах, хозяин старался помочь, как мог, большое ему спасибо.
  из минусов – старый дом и убитая лестничная площадка, но это не вина хозяина.

  Квартира расположена возле центра Гейдара Алиева. Есть где погулять. При этом мало туристов. Тихо. Можно хорошо отдохнуть. Добраться до старого города, набережной также можно добраться на общественном транспорте без проблем. Рядом достаточно магазинов, лотков с фруктами и овощами. Хороший и отзывчивый хозяин. Помог з регистраций, так были больше двух недель. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания.

  Really was a good value for that price. Okay maybe apartment is looks old classic, but really clean. Good job. And location was perfect. Specially for solo traveler’s who wants to stay in city centre. It’s next by Haydar Aliyev Center. Next by main avenue. I liked that is the quiet place, and the landlord is very kind, and explained everything about the apartment in detail. It is advisable to immediately contact the landlord after booking or call or contact the same number via WhatsApp. And more what I want to told to people who is looking for that – apartment has everything like at home 😁 you can drink tea and cook food. and wash and iron clothes. everything is very neat. There are shops, cafes and restaurants 50 meters away. 3 days stayed. finally got enough sleep. Neighbours very silence actually. Perfect for me. Good luck 🤞

  Очень удобное расположение в центре, близко от всех достопримечательностей, уютная чистая квартира, со всеми необходимыми удобствами, Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин! Немного сложновато найти адрес, лучше заранее связаться с хозяином. Все понравилось, хороший бюджетный вариант.
