It’s tucked right on Nizami street, which means you’re basically in the heart of everything that matters in the Old City area, but here’s the thing – apartment 18 is high enough that you don’t get the street noise that’ll keep you up at night.
The location is what really sold me on this place. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from all those narrow cobblestone alleys where tourists love to wander around, but you’re also close enough to the modern part of Sabayil that grabbing dinner or hitting up the good coffee shops is no big deal. The building itself sits on Samad Vurgun street – honestly, I had to ask the taxi driver twice because these addresses can be tricky if you’re not familiar with the area. But once you find it, the building has that solid, well-maintained feel that immediately puts you at ease.
What I really appreciated was how the apartment actually lives up to that “luxury” tag without being pretentious about it. The space feels genuinely comfortable, like someone put thought into how people actually use a room rather than just making it look pretty for photos. The kitchen setup is proper – not just some mini-fridge situation – which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Baku can get expensive fast. And the bathroom… well, let’s just say after a long day walking around the Flame Towers area, having a really good shower makes all the difference.
The neighborhood gets busy during the day (which is great if you want to feel connected to the city), but evenings tend to mellow out nicely. I actually enjoyed sitting by the window in the evenings, watching people head home from work or out for dinner. There’s something about being right in the mix but having your own quiet space to retreat to that just works perfectly for this city. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area – fair warning – but honestly, you’re so central that you might not even need a car depending on what you’re planning to do.
The 7.9 rating feels about right to me. It’s not perfect – the check-in process was slightly more complicated than I expected, and the Wi-Fi had a couple of hiccups – but those are minor things. What matters is that this place gets the fundamentals right: location, comfort, and that intangible feeling of actually being in Baku rather than just passing through it. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to experience the city like you’re living there for a week rather than just visiting, STELLA hits that sweet spot perfectly.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and had a great experience. The host was very kind and helpful in every step of the way. The apartment was clean, very near to nizami street. Best part was that there was a big convinience store roght beside the building. Both the boulevard and Nizami street were in walking distance.
Bedrooms were good, bathrooms were clean and a separate bed was also provided as extra. Warm water was available, bedrooms and loungue were both air conditioned. The kitchen was great, all amenities were available. Overall, really good stay.
What could be improved: The only thing was the elevator that led to the apartment. It was shaky and unstable. Замечательный, расположение отличное, в 2 минутах ходьбы от улицы Низами, Старого города и Бульвара. В каждой 2 спальне есть джакузи, душ и санузел. В холле имеется дополнительная кровать для одного человека. В коридоре третий туалет. В каждой комнате и холле есть кондиционеры и радиаторы отопления. Квартира очень просторная и чистая. Все вещи имеются на кухне. Мы благодарим г-на Аббаса за его превосходные услуги. Великолепно, советую всем.

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом есть всё. Есть 3 комнаты. Удобная спальная комната с огромной кроватью. Отдельная детская комната с двуспальной кроватью. Гостиная с огромным диваном и удобным столом. На кухне есть все что необходимо для комфортного проживания вплоть до бытовой химии. В ванной комнате установлен удобный душ, удобный унитаз, раковина. Порадовало наличие множества шкафов где можно хранить вещи. Есть все до мелочей, включая утюг, фен, сушилку и даже вместимые полки в ванной что делает ее очень удобной.
