The address sounds a bit unusual if you’re not familiar with how Baku’s neighborhoods work, but it’s actually in a pretty solid residential area that gives you a real taste of local life without being stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about getting you settled in properly. You know those hotels where check-in feels like a rushed transaction? This isn’t one of those places. The front desk folks took time to explain the area – and honestly, you’ll want that local insight because this part of Baku has its own rhythm. The hotel sits in what I’d call a genuine neighborhood setting, which means you’re hearing actual city sounds rather than just tourist chatter. Some people might find the street noise a bit much in the morning, but I actually liked feeling connected to the pulse of the city. The rooms themselves are solid for a 4-star place – nothing fancy, but everything works the way it should, and the beds are actually comfortable (which, let’s be real, is half the battle when you’re traveling).

What really won me over was the location’s practicality once you figure it out. You’re positioned where you can easily get to the main parts of Baku without being right in the thick of the tourist crowds, and there are some genuinely good local spots within walking distance that most visitors never find. The hotel’s 7.8 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers on the fundamentals without any nasty surprises. I mean, the Wi-Fi actually works consistently, the hot water doesn’t cut out randomly, and the air conditioning keeps up with Baku’s summer heat. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need. The staff’s English is pretty decent too, though learning a few basic Azerbaijani phrases definitely gets you extra smiles. If you’re the type who wants to experience Baku more like a temporary resident than a passing tourist, this place gives you that authentic neighborhood feel while still having the reliability of a proper hotel.

  Из плюсов могу отметить достаточно вежливый персонал, который разрешил нам раннее заселение на 12 часов раньше чем положено. При этом дополнительно ничего оплачивать не попросили. Номер был достаточно большой поиплощади.Так же могу отметить относительную близость к станции метро( пешком 10-12 минут). Ещё к плюсам могу отнести достаточно высокоскоростной интернет. Нам повезло с ценой на акции видимо. По полной стоимости такое жилье брать точно не стоит!!!
  
  What could be improved: Уборка не проводилась не разу в течении недели нашего прибывания. Не было пододияльника для одеяла. В номере было очень сыро и пахло сыростью. Более того в соседнем номере каждый день велись ремонтные работы: сверлили, стучали и т.д. Нам это не мешало, т.к. мы приходили в номер в основном только переодеться, принять душ и поспать.Но другим возможно. Сам по себе номер с достаточно изношенной мебелью, местами оборванными обоями и не везде работающими розетками и выключателями.

  We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The rooms were clean and regularly well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was a big plus. The room had all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A pleasant place for a comfortable stay.

  Отель организовал для меня трансфер из аэропорта, и это было действительно очень удобно и быстро. По прибытии в отель меня тепло встретил администратор по имени Заур — очень дружелюбный и улыбчивый человек. В целом, персонал отеля был очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Отдельное спасибо Раулю и Фархаду за их помощь.
  
  Отель расположен в центре Баку, рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. Метро и автобусные остановки находятся совсем близко, что делает передвижение по городу очень удобным. В нашем номере было два балкона — это было просто потрясающе! Когда бы нам ни понадобилась помощь или что-то ещё, персонал всегда быстро реагировал. Сам номер был очень чистым и аккуратным.
