Located right on Kazım Kazımzadə street in Yasamal district, it’s got this perfect balance of feeling residential (which means quieter evenings) while still being totally accessible to everything you’d want to see in Baku.

The 4-star rating isn’t just hotel marketing fluff here – they’ve actually earned it. I mean, the 9.2 guest rating tells the real story, but what that number doesn’t capture is how the place just… works. The apartment layout feels like someone actually lives there, not like a sterile hotel room where everything’s bolted down. There’s proper counter space in the kitchen area, decent lighting for reading, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the Wi-Fi actually reaches every corner. The host clearly knows what business travelers and tourists need because there’s thoughtful stuff everywhere, like multiple charging stations and blackout curtains that actually block light.

What really sold me on this place though is its position in Yasamal. If you’ve spent time in Baku, you know this district hits that sweet spot – close enough to the Old City and Flame Towers that you’re not spending half your day in traffic, but far enough from the main tourist crush that you can grab decent coffee in the morning without fighting crowds. The building itself sits on a tree-lined section of the street, so mornings are surprisingly peaceful for a city this size. Plus, honestly, having a proper apartment setup means you can actually unpack and spread out, which after a long flight feels like pure luxury. The local markets are walkable if you want to grab fresh bread or fruit, and there’s this little tea house two blocks down that locals frequent – the kind of spot you’d never find if you stayed in the main hotel district. It’s the sort of place where you end up staying an extra day just because leaving feels like too much work.

  The facilities in the apartment was good and it small kitchen with fridge and gas stove and water heater. Nearby money exchange delta gives v good rate 16.98.. Food and other attractions are within walking range like Zinda Pir and Nizami street but needs a taxi on the return as nights are v cold in Baku and it's uphill walk

  Отдыхали семьей, 3 человека в сентябре 2023. Квартира нам понравилась, места хватило всем. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания: посуда, постельные принадлежности, полотенца. Все чистое как и сама квартира. Квартира находится в хорошем районе, до метро идти пешком минут 10. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов, аптек, есть кафешки. Хозяин квартиры всегда на связи и готов помочь если потребуется. Подведя итог, скажу, что мы не пожалели когда забронировали именно этот вариант для нашего проживания в Баку.

  Прекрасные гостеприимные хозяева, очень радушные. Мы сделали бронь поздно вечером за час до заезда: квартира была готова, нас встретили и все показали. В квартире все есть для удобства.
  
  Из гигиенических принадлежностей с собой берите шампунь, гель для душа, зубную пасту и т.п и если надо – стиральный порошок: этого в квартире нет.
  
  В остальном всего хватает, радует кухня – для нас это важно т.к любим есть дома. 2 просторные коматы, балкон, кондиционер. Прекрасная квартира, при надобности обязательно вернемся снова. До метро 7 мин пешком, рядом магазин 24 часа, аптека, автобусная остановка. Район чистый и тихий, звукоизоляция прекрасная.
