The apartments – and they really do feel like apartments rather than hotel rooms – have these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with light, plus decent kitchens with actual full-sized fridges. I loved that you can walk to the Flame Towers if you’re feeling ambitious, or just grab fresh bread from the little bakery that’s practically next door. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places in this part of the city still struggle with that.

What really sells this place, though, is how it handles the details without making a big show of it. The beds are genuinely comfortable – like, fall-asleep-immediately comfortable – and there’s proper blackout curtains for when the Caspian summer sun decides to wake up at 5 AM. Parking isn’t a nightmare, which anyone who’s driven in central Baku will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings with locals heading to dinner, so you get this authentic vibe without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist bubble. Honestly, with a 9.2 rating, I was expecting maybe some overhype, but it really does deliver on being a solid, well-run place where you can actually settle in and feel comfortable. It’s the kind of spot where business travelers end up extending their stays and families book return visits – which tells you everything you need to know, really.

  The location was very close to nizami street and building had a parking for us ( we asked them and they let us park our car inside the hotel )
  
  What could be improved: Its not what its shown in the picture and we got apartment on 13th floor, the lift goes to 12th floor only rest we had to climb stairs with our luggage plus the elevator is very slow
