Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Four Seasson Apartment 2” I was expecting some generic business hotel situation. But walking up to this place on Nizami Street, you realize you’re dealing with something different entirely. The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know Baku at all – you’re right in the heart of Sabayil district, which means you can walk to the Old City (locals call it Icherisheher) in maybe ten minutes, and the Caspian Boulevard is literally right there. I mean, you’re staying where the action is without the tourist trap pricing of some hotels closer to Flame Towers.

The apartment itself – and it really does feel more like staying in someone’s well-appointed flat than a hotel room – has this lived-in quality that somehow works perfectly. The furnishings are thoughtful, like someone actually considered what travelers need instead of just throwing together whatever looked good in a catalog. What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night, which is honestly surprising given that Nizami Street can get pretty lively, especially on weekends. The windows must be decent quality because I barely heard the street noise that I was expecting. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward standing around while they “find your reservation” nonsense. The staff actually seem to know what’s going on, which you’d think would be standard but, well, you know how these things go sometimes.

You know what really sells this place for me though? It’s those little details that suggest someone who runs this actually travels themselves. The shower pressure is proper strong (trust me, this matters more than you think when you’re dealing with Baku’s sometimes inconsistent water systems), there’s enough outlets near the bed for your devices, and the kitchen setup is functional if you want to grab stuff from the Green Market and actually cook something. Plus – and this is key if you’re visiting during summer – the AC works without sounding like a helicopter landing on the roof. I’ve stayed at supposedly fancier places in Baku where I had to choose between sweating or listening to mechanical death rattles all night. The 9.6 rating honestly makes sense when you add up all these seemingly small things that just… work. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals while giving you a genuine feel for what living in this part of Baku might actually be like.

  The apartment owners are Resul and Parviz Ibrahimov.
  Being young business owners has a great advantage, they are very energetic and have a bright vision, they are very interested in their guests.
  I have stayed in hostels in many places in the world, but here I felt comfortable and safe as if I was staying at my friend's house instead of a hostel.
  The location is very central, it is a very clean business and they are very polite, helpful and hospitable.
  They are warm and sincere people who will ask me if I reached my house safely even when I return to my country.
  They always offer something and are very hospitable.
  They help with many issues, their phones are open 24/7, whatever comes to your mind, all you have to do is call, write or contact.
  They either have knowledge and guide you on any issue, such as where to go and which bus to take, or they immediately ask their friends and definitely help you.
  If I go again, I will stay with them again.
  They are such nice people, I really want them to be successful in what they do and earn a lot of money.

  The owner is very friendly, communicative and informative he ensures the comfort of his guests very well. The design of the apartment is very artistic making this place look luxurious but the price is very affordable. I love the view of the Christmas Park from the terrace. The location of this apartment is very strategic making it easy for me to visit many interesting places. I will definitely come back here if I go to Baku, thank you owner
