Look, I’ll be straight with you about LV Apartments – it’s one of those places that punches way above its weight class, especially for a 3-star spot in Baku. When I first pulled up to the building on Tərlan Əliyarbəyov street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. The area’s pretty typical for Sabayil district, you know – mix of Soviet-era blocks and newer construction, but once you’re inside, it’s a completely different story.

What really got me was how quiet it is, despite being right in the heart of things. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from the Old City walls and all that UNESCO World Heritage madness, but somehow the street noise just doesn’t penetrate much. The apartments themselves are actually proper apartments – not just hotel rooms masquerading as suites. My unit had this little kitchenette that I ended up using way more than expected (there’s a decent grocery store about three blocks down if you’re planning to cook). The beds are surprisingly comfortable too – I’m picky about mattresses and usually wake up cranky in hotels, but honestly slept better here than I do at home sometimes.

Here’s the thing about staying in Sabayil though – you’re in this sweet spot where you can walk to Fountains Square in like fifteen minutes, but you’re not dealing with all the tourist chaos right outside your window. I’d grab coffee from this little place around the corner in the mornings and just wander toward the Caspian waterfront. The staff at LV speaks decent English, which isn’t always a given in Baku, and they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the obvious tourist traps. Check-in was smooth – no weird delays or bureaucratic nonsense that sometimes happens with apartment-style places. The Wi-Fi actually works properly too, which matters if you’re trying to stay connected or upload photos without wanting to throw your phone across the room. I guess my only minor gripe would be that the elevator’s a bit temperamental, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for buildings in this part of the city. For what you’re paying and the location you’re getting, it’s kind of a no-brainer if you want to experience Baku like you actually live there for a few days rather than just passing through.

  Фотографии соответствовали ожиданию. Путешествовали втроем и было место где разместиться. Расположение в самом центре ночных гуляний, но было тихо, не считая работающих кондиционеров во дворе. Кухня удобная, есть вся необходимая посуда.
  
  What could be improved: Не понравился душ. Маленький и все полы мокрые после первого принятия. Душ с туалетом маленький и с плесенью.

  Прекрасное расположение аппаратаментов, в самом центре Баку на площади фонтанов у Старого города. Рядом набережная, кафе, магазины. Удобно то, что рядом и банкомат для обмена рублей на манаты и банки.
  Номер просторный, все кухонные принадлежности в наличии. С ключами от квартиры проблем не возникло, несмотря на то, что приехали мы в 4 утра. Хозяин все доступно объяснил (несмотря на наш пенсионный возраст мы все поняли и проблем не возникло).
  Хозяин все время был с нами на связи, вай-фай и телевизор работал исправно.
  Постельные принадлежности чистые, всего было предостаточно. Туалет совмещен с душем и раковиной, все в норме. С водой проблем не было. Окна выходили и на улицу и во двор, шума не было. Нас все устроило.
  Хозяин доброжелательный. Наш самолёт улетал вечером, а номер был оплачен до 12 часов. Хозяин выяснил, когда заезжает следующий гость и без всяких проблем и оплат, разрешил нам до приезда нашей машины задержаться в номере. Нам вся поезда очень понравилась!!!

  What could be improved: Не было возможности проветривания, так как окна выходят в тесные замкнутые дворы, где круглосуточно гудят кондиционеры. Приходилось тоже жить с кондиционером. В целом, квартира требует косметического ремонта.

  Ik vond alles perfect aan het appartement, dat zeer gunstig gelegen was, schoon was, en alles bood wat ik nodig had. Ik was er een week voor de Formule 1-race in Bakoe en was dagelijks binnen 20 minuten lopen op het circuit. Mr. Ruslan was superaardig en de communicatie is top. Ik kan deze accommodatie absoluut aanbevelen!

  Apartamento impecable. Todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar.
  La ubicación es perfecta, a tan solo poco minutos de los lugares de interés de la ciudad de Bakú.

  Ruslan was very welcoming host. Property was very close to Fountain square. We could easily roam around during Christmas. Neat and tidy home with all basic necessities you need during your stay.
  
  What could be improved: Building stairs were very high if you have kids and huge luggage that can be a problem. But it can be ignored as apartment is worth the money.
