The owner – really lovely people – they’ve clearly put thought into the little things that matter when you’re dealing with travel fatigue. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that you just don’t find in chain places, and the Wi-Fi actually works properly, which… you know how hit-or-miss that can be in this part of town. I mean, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels like someone’s well-kept home rather than a sterile box. The neighborhood itself is pretty authentic – you’ll hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques, catch glimpses of daily Azerbaijani life, and there’s a small market just a few streets over where you can grab fresh bread and tea if you want to feel like a temporary local.

The thing that really sold me on this place is how the hosts handle logistics. They get that most people staying here are either catching flights or dealing with business at the BOS (and if you’re doing visa stuff or meetings in that area, you know what a pain transportation can be). Getting picked up or finding a taxi is actually straightforward from here, unlike some of the more central hotels where you’re fighting traffic for an hour just to reach the airport district. Plus – and this might sound small but it matters – the water pressure is solid, the heating works properly (crucial during Baku’s windy winters), and there’s enough space to actually unpack if you’re staying more than one night. I’ve stayed in supposedly fancier places in the city center that couldn’t nail these basics. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those spots where the owners clearly care about getting the fundamentals right rather than flashy amenities you don’t actually need.

• Отличный вариант для семьи недалеко от аэропорта – Julia from Russia – 24 June 2025 (10/10)

  Мы выбрали эти апартаменты, поскольку часть семьи прилетала рано утром и хотелось поскорее отдохнуть после ночного перелета. Ехать от аэропорта всего 8 минут, это частный дом, где на втором этаже размещают гостей. Дом с внутренним двориком, во дворе можно посидеть, поесть тутовник с дерева. Очень тихо, только иногда слышно пролетающие самолеты. Хозяин очень гостеприимный. Предложил встретить в аэропорту и поменял доллары по курсу обменников. В доме есть всё необходимое. В пешей доступности есть продуктовый магазин и небольшой рынок. Рекомендую.

  Красивые, просторные апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Близко к аэропорту (5-7 мин езды на машине). Отличный хозяин – пунктуальный, внимательный, решит любые вопросы и проблемы, если они возникнут. Можно заказать ужин, еда вкусная, по-домашнему. Определенно рекомендую бронировать здесь проживание.

  What could be improved: Everything at the apartment was superb, the host and the house were great, spacy lounge and well-equipped kitchen. only problem I saw was the bed in the bedroom, the mattress is very uncomfortable if the host would consider this everything else would be great.
