I’ve stayed in plenty of Baku hotels, and most of them treat multiple bedrooms like an afterthought – cramped spaces with paper-thin walls. Not here. The bedrooms are genuinely spacious (you can actually open your suitcase without doing yoga moves around the bed), and there’s this nice flow between the living areas that makes the whole space feel cohesive. The kitchen area is properly equipped too – I mean, you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to, though honestly, being this close to all the good restaurants in Sabayil, why would you?

What really sold me on this place was how it sits in relation to everything else. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk from the Old City walls, but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos right outside your door. The Caspian Sea is close enough that you can hear it on quiet evenings – which, let me tell you, is surprisingly soothing after a day of navigating Baku’s energetic streets. And the building itself? Well, it’s got that solid Hilton reliability without feeling sterile. The lobby has this warm, lived-in quality that makes check-in feel less like a transaction and more like… I don’t know, arriving somewhere you belong. Staff genuinely knows the neighborhood too – they’ll tell you which marshrutka to catch, or where to find proper Georgian khachapuri at 11 PM (it’s closer than you’d think). The only thing that might catch you off guard is how quiet it gets at night despite being in a fairly central spot – apparently the building’s construction actually blocks out most of the street noise, which is kind of miraculous given how lively Baku can be. Perfect rating feels about right here; it’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should.
