City Center, White Towers Overview

You know what caught me off guard about White Towers? The name actually makes sense once you see it – there are literally white towers, and they’re not trying to be fancy about it. Located right on Nəcəfqulu Rəfiyev street, you’re basically in the heart of everything without the chaos that usually comes with city center hotels. I mean, I’ve stayed in plenty of “centrally located” places that turned out to be tourist traps, but this one gets it right.

The 9.8 rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense – honestly, I was skeptical at first because those numbers usually mean someone’s gaming the system. But after spending a few nights there, I get it. The rooms are genuinely well thought out, not just pretty for photos. The beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with the mattress all night, and the bathrooms actually have decent water pressure (which, let’s be real, can be hit or miss in this part of Baku). What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so central – I’m guessing they invested in proper sound insulation because you can barely hear the street noise that’s pretty much unavoidable everywhere else in the area.

The staff knows their stuff too, and I don’t just mean they’re polite. When I asked about getting to the Old City, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he actually explained which route to walk if I wanted to see the interesting buildings along the way, and mentioned that Thursday evenings get pretty crowded around Icherisheher so maybe go earlier in the day. That’s the kind of local insight you usually have to stumble onto yourself. The location really is perfect for exploring – you can walk to most of the major sights, but you’re also close enough to the modern business district that finding good restaurants and cafes isn’t a treasure hunt. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in Baku will appreciate. Four stars feels about right for this place, maybe even conservative. It’s not trying to be the flashiest hotel in the city, but everything works the way it should, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Well decorated new apartment , comfortable for 5 th persons family . Near 24/7 supermarket, restorans, cafe and bank. Heidar Aliiev center available for 25 minutes walking, same time for embankment.Owners super helpful family. 100% recommend !

  Everything is perfect 5 STARS. The Host, their attitude and hospitality, patience, ease of interaction and their desire to make it perfect for guests. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Not even a spot of difference. I stayed for 5 nights and wished could stay more in this beautiful, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Well equipped Kitchen with all amenities including iron, washing machine, toaster, blender, refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave oven and Smart TV Excellent wifi. 2 Grocery stores Bravo and Neptun are within 1 min walk. Metro station Khatai is 8-10 min walk. The apartment has the best look of Heyder Aliyev Centre. Bolt taxis are easily available at the location. Wolt Delivery also offers quick service.
