The “Central Park” part of the name makes sense once you’re there, because there’s this lovely green space practically at your doorstep where you’ll see families gathering in the evenings and old men playing chess. It’s one of those authentic local scenes you can’t really plan for.

What really gets me about this place is the attention to detail that you don’t notice until you’ve been there a day or two. The view they mention? It’s not just marketing speak – you actually wake up to something worth looking at, whether it’s the tree-lined streets below or the way the morning light hits the neighboring buildings. The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there (in the best way), not like a sterile hotel room that gets reset every day. I mean, there’s real kitchen equipment if you want to grab some fresh bread from the local bakeries – and trust me, you’ll want to try the local bread situation. The whole setup just works for longer stays, which is probably why they’ve got that insane 9.9 rating. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward lobby waiting around that bigger hotels seem to specialize in. The noise level surprised me as well – even though you’re on a main street, it’s not the kind of traffic that keeps you up at night. More like a gentle urban hum that actually becomes pretty soothing after a while.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t your typical four-star hotel experience, and I think that’s exactly the point. If you’re the type who needs a concierge desk and room service, you might feel a bit lost. But if you want to feel like you’re actually staying in Baku rather than just visiting it, this place nails it. The Yasamal area has this great mix of everyday life and accessibility – you’ll find yourself walking to grab groceries or coffee like you live there, but you’re still close enough to the Flame Towers and Old City when you want to do the proper sightseeing thing. Honestly, after staying here, those big international chain hotels feel kind of soulless. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that don’t try too hard to impress you – they just quietly deliver on everything that actually matters.

  Everything about the apartment is good, it very well located and connected to metro system, small distance from the tourist places. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. I was alone but this will space is ideal for big groups, families as well. The appartment is in excellent condition, like one's home. Bahar – the host is very nice, considerate and responsive. Kamran – the local support team was also super helpful. Had a good stay here.

  Квартира просто отличная! Очень большая – кухня, гостиная, 2 спальни, 2 санузла и огромный балкон-терраса. Чисто, уютно, нам очень понравилось. Расположение тоже хорошее – рядом красивый парк, до старого города и набережной пешком неспеша за полчаса можно прогуляться. Хозяйка – очень приятная женщина, всегда была на связи, несколько раз уточняла, все ли у нас в порядке и все ли устраивает. Благодарим Вас еще раз! Если получится еще раз приехать в этот чудесный город – остановимся, однозначно, у Вас!

  Хорошая просторная квартира, в которой есть всё для семейного отдыха. Находится на возвышенности, откуда открывается красивый вид на парк, центр города и море. Идти пешком до центра минут 20 через цветущий парк. В квартире большой балкон, на котором качели и боксерская груша, дети оценят точно:)

  Отдыхала в конце марта с двумя дочерьми 23 и 11 лет. Апартаменты удобно расположены, до всех туристических точек за 2,5 маната можно доехать на такси. Можно прогуляться пешком минут 30. Огромный балкон и прекрасный вид с него на мечеть и море. На балконе качели, младшая дочь с них не слезала. Любимое место в квартире:) Очень удобные кровати в спальнях. И небольшой диван в спальне очень хорош для спального места ребенка. Есть ортопедические подушки. В комнатах и на кухне есть все для комфортного проживания. Кондиционеры висят, но мы ими не пользовались, в марте они не нужны. Очень приветливая и любезная хозяйка. Всегда на связи, идет на встречу всем пожеланиям гостей.
  Апартаменты однозначно рекомендую!!!
