The apartment spreads out in a way that actually feels spacious, not like those cramped European city rentals where you’re bumping into furniture.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep the historical charm while making everything work for modern travelers. The rooms have proper heating (crucial for Baku winters, trust me), and the kitchen is actually functional if you want to grab stuff from the local markets. You know what’s nice? The windows face the street, so you get that authentic neighborhood buzz during the day – people heading to work, kids playing, the occasional vendor calling out – but it quiets down nicely at night. The Wi-Fi works well, which isn’t always a given in these older buildings, and they’ve got enough hot water for everyone, even if all four rooms are occupied.

  Расположение – в самом центре. Прямо около дома есть остановка автобусов, что удобно для поездок. Просторно, чисто и комфортно. Всё необходимое есть – горячая вода постоянно, кровати удобные, холодильник, посуда – всё ok. Хозяин гостеприимный, дал несколько полезных советов.
  
  What could be improved: Окна спален выходят на очень шумную улицу, тихо только при закрытых окнах.
  Квартира в стиле "остатки былой роскоши", косметический ремонт не помешал бы.
  Совмещённый санузел может быть неудобен для большой компании.
