You know what struck me first about this place? The moment I walked in, it felt like someone actually lives here – not that sterile hotel vibe you get everywhere else. This apartment sits right on Molla Vali Vidadi Street, and I mean, you’re basically in the heart of everything without being stuck in tourist chaos. The space is genuinely spacious (shocking, I know, given how many places lie about that), with high ceilings that make you forget you’re in a city center apartment.

Here’s the thing about the location that most people don’t realize until they’re there – you’re maybe a seven-minute walk to Fountain Square, but it’s downhill, which is lovely going there but, well, you’ll feel it on the way back after a long day of exploring. The Sahil Metro station is close enough that you can hear the rumble if you listen for it, but honestly, it’s more comforting than annoying. And Nizami Street? That’s where you’ll end up doing most of your wandering anyway – all those little cafes and shops that locals actually go to, not just the tourist traps. The apartment owner clearly knows this area well because there’s a hand-written note about the best bakery two streets over (try the qutab, seriously).

What really sells this place is the details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere. The Wi-Fi actually works – like, really works, not that barely-there connection that makes you want to throw your laptop out the window. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the market near the Flame Towers and cook something simple. I loved having morning coffee on the little balcony, watching the city wake up below. The neighborhood gets busy around 9 AM when everyone’s heading to work, but it settles into this pleasant hum during the day. Evenings are when it really comes alive – you’ll hear music drifting up from the street cafes, conversations in Azerbaijani and Russian mixing together. The 9.7 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here a few days. It’s not fancy in that Instagram-perfect way, but it’s comfortable and real, and the host responds to messages faster than most of my friends do. Plus, parking is actually manageable if you’re renting a car – there’s street parking that doesn’t cost a fortune, though you’ll want to ask the host about the best spots since some streets get packed during festival season.

  Чудесное расположение. Вроде как и в центре, но в то же время тихая улочка.
  В апартаментах было всё для комфортного проживания. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Хозяин Хайям всегда был на связи и старался помочь по мелочам. Рекомендуем однозначно.

  The house is exceptionally clean, and the pictures don’t fully capture its charm. It’s in a very convenient location, and I was able to walk to all major attractions with my family and a toddler in a pram. The neighborhood is safe and has a supermarket, salon, and several dining options close by.
  The host is very responsive and always available to provide any necessary support.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom could use some renovation, as it doesn’t quite match the overall quality and appeal of the rest of the house.

  Расположение апартаментов идеальное, тихая улица, рядом продуктовый магазин, аптека, и конечно, все локации в шаговой доступности. Перед заселением нам скинули подробную инструкцию (заселялись самостоятельно), быстро нашли и разобрались. Зашли, а в апартаментах такая чистота, пахнет свежестью, уютно, просторно. Три отдельные комнаты, кухня, все необходимое есть и даже больше. Мебель хорошая, на матрасах засыпаешь за минуту, очень удобные, скоростной WiFi. Вообще апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям.
  Хозяин Хайям готов помочь в любое время, спасибо за гостеприимство, большое количество нужной и полезной информации, доброжелательность и порядочность. Мы остались под хорошим впечатлением от апартаментов, людей и города.

  Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Очень удобное заселение в любое время. Три изолированные комнаты с хорошей мебелью для полноценного отдыха. Полностью оборудованная кухня всем необходимым. Чисто, уютно, есть кондиционер, скоростной WiFi. Расположена на тихой улице, рядом супермаркет Браво, уличные кафешки с местной едой! Достопримечательности Баку, Ичери-шехер, прекрасная набережная, все в шаговой доступности. Особая благодарность хозяину квартиры Хайяму за гостеприимство, доброжелательность, готовность помочь. Отдых прошел отлично, все очень-очень понравилось! При выезде разрешил нам задержаться, чтобы не сидеть лишнее время в аэропорту. Рекомендуем эту квартиру!

  Отличные, комфортабельные апартаменты в центре Баку, на тихой улице. Хозяин порядочный и отзывчивый, прислал подробное описание для самостоятельного заселения, отвечал на все вопросы. Поблизости есть продуктовый магазин. Удобно добираться до многих достопримечательностей.
  Апартаменты просторные, чистые, есть всё для пребывания в течение нескольких дней. Всё соответствует фото.
  
  What could be improved: Душ отделен только занавеской, без бортика, и после принятия душа на полу лужа. Но вода постепенно уходит в слив, и есть швабра, чтобы вытереть пол. Эта мелочь не испортила впечатление от апартаментов.

  Pictures don't do justice to this place. It's spacious, aesthatically pleasing but cozy at the same time. Kitchen has everything one needs for cooking, laundry etc. It was a nice gesture by owner for providing basic staples like salt, cooking oil, detergent, cleaning supplies etc
  Owner, Mr Khayyam is very cooperative and responsive. Location is spot on, easy access to public transport, Bravo stores and nearby attractions etc but quiet enough to relax
