It’s tucked away in a quieter part of Baku, and honestly, that’s half its charm. You’re close enough to feel connected to the city but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually hear yourself think (and yes, you can literally hear the Caspian breeze in the evenings).

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff genuinely seemed to care – not in that rehearsed hotel way, but like they actually wanted you to enjoy Baku. The front desk guy spent twenty minutes drawing me a hand-sketched map to the old city, marking little spots where locals grab tea. I mean, when’s the last time someone did that for you? The rooms themselves are what I’d call “thoughtfully comfortable” – everything works, the WiFi doesn’t drop every five minutes like some places in the city, and the beds are actually firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept in a marshmallow. The bathrooms have this nice rainfall shower situation going on, and they keep the water pressure consistent, which honestly matters more than fancy marble when you’ve been walking around Baku’s cobblestone streets all day.

What really sets this place apart though is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’ve got this perfect balance where you can walk to decent restaurants – there’s this incredible plov place about three blocks down that locals line up for – but you’re not dealing with the noise and crowds of the Flame Towers area. The building itself has this solid, reassuring feel to it, like it was built to last rather than just look impressive in photos. Parking is actually manageable here too, which anyone who’s driven in Baku will tell you is no small miracle. I stayed during what turned out to be a pretty busy week in the city, but the hotel never felt chaotic or overwhelmed. The housekeeping team has this quiet efficiency down to an art – your room gets sorted without you even noticing they were there. And here’s a small thing that made me smile: they leave the windows slightly cracked when they clean, so you come back to fresh air instead of that stuffy, over-airconditioned feeling. It’s those little touches that make you realize someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience, not just going through corporate motions.

  Отличные апартаменты, совершенно новые, очень чисто и уютно, закрытая территория со шлагбаумом. Собственник Эмиль очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи и готов помочь с любой проблемой, в тч организовал доставку местной сим-карты по моей просьбе) выдают резидентские браслеты, по которым бесплатно доступны пляжи, аквапарк и прочие развлечения на территории всего Sea Breeze. Если не хочется на море, во дворе дома есть бассейн с лежаками, можно отдохнуть на территории ЖК. Основные рестораны / караоке примерно в 7 мин на машине или такси.
