Honestly, Prime Suites Bulvar caught me off guard in the best possible way. You know when you book a place online and cross your fingers it’ll be decent? Well, this actually exceeded expectations – and I’m usually pretty picky about hotels. It’s tucked up on the third floor of a building on Üzeyir Hacıbəyov street, which might sound like a mouthful but it’s actually perfectly positioned in Sabayil. You’re walking distance from the Caspian waterfront, and I mean actually walking distance, not that “15-minute walk” that turns into half an hour.

The suites themselves have this modern feel without being sterile – you know what I mean? There’s enough space to actually unpack your stuff (revolutionary concept, right?) and the kitchenette situation is legit if you want to grab some fresh pomegranates from the local market and not eat out every meal. The beds are proper comfortable, and here’s something I always check – the blackout curtains actually work. Trust me on this one, especially if you’re dealing with jet lag. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which matters when you’re trying to video call home or upload those Flame Towers photos that everyone takes but somehow yours turned out better. One small thing – the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, it’s just three floors and the stairs aren’t terrible if you’re in a rush.

What really sold me on this place was the staff’s local knowledge. They don’t just hand you a generic tourist map and wish you luck. These folks actually know Baku – like where to find the best plov that isn’t touristy, or which marshrutka routes make sense (spoiler: not many, just take taxis). The 9.3 rating isn’t just inflated reviews; you can feel why people keep coming back. The neighborhood itself has this authentic vibe – you’ll hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques mixing with street sounds, and there’s usually someone’s grandmother selling herbs on the corner. It’s real Baku life, not some sanitized hotel district bubble. Check-in was smooth, parking nearby is doable if you’re brave enough to drive in Baku traffic (I wasn’t), and the whole experience just felt… right. For a four-star place, it punches above its weight without trying too hard to impress you.

  Very nice property. Clean. Everything works. Nice decorations. Helpful manager. Very responsive management. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Excellent location. The kids loved it didn’t want to leave.

  Beautiful apartment with quality fittings and thoughtful design. We stayed in a lift-style New York apartment and liked it a lot. Exceptional location in the heart of Baku, walking distance to everything. The host, Ramin is very helpful and goes out of his way to make guests comfortable.   this is the best we can have in Baku, accommodate perfectly for 5 adults, best location and perfect interior. bedding, pillow, towels and all amenities are perfect. location is best in the central of Baku with walking distance to all tourist place. Easy to get taxi, get to Metro and all. Ramin the owner, helps us a lot with all recommendations, tips and airport transfer. Additional service like laundry also provided

  Its a super clean place and the property manager is very supportive. The design of apartment, cleaniness and ammenties deserve 10+ rating. Definate recommendation for families or group of 4.

  An amazing apartment with the best owner. Mr. Ramin the owner was very attentive to every detail and request we had and anything we needed was immediately sorted out.
  The room is very clean and spacious, the furniture was modern and comfortable, it had a little kitchenette that came very handy for simple kitchen use!
  The room is in a very good temperature even though it was cold outside. But there is an AC incase you want it cooler or warmer!
  There is a tv with netflix, shahid, youtube and other apps to watch whatever you need! The wifi is also free and really fast!
  
  The area that the apartment is in has many close attractions and shops that you can reach to by walking. The entrance might seem a bit old for some people but if you dont care about the outside look then you will love and enjoy every second in the apartment!
  Mr. Ramin was very respectful and kind. This apartment is highly recommended

  The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all the main spots. Mr Ramin was a gracious host and explained everything very well. The hotel/apartment had all the required amenities and everything was modern and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Not much to dislike. Probably not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs as the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd (G+2) floor.
