You know what struck me first about Premium Apartments Baku? The location on Adil Məmmədov street is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re close enough to the Old City that you can walk there when the evening crowds thin out, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with tourist chaos right outside your window. The building itself has this understated elegance — not flashy like some of the newer developments closer to the Caspian, but solid and well-maintained in a way that makes you think someone actually cares about the place.

What really sets these apartments apart is the attention to detail that you don’t expect from most places, honestly. The kitchens are properly equipped (I’m talking real knives and decent cookware, not the usual hotel nonsense), which matters if you want to hit the local markets and actually cook something. The beds are genuinely comfortable — I slept better here than I have in some five-star places, and the soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re in the heart of Baku. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that waiting around while they figure out their system. The staff seems to know the neighborhood really well, which comes in handy when you’re trying to figure out where to find decent laundry or which marshrutka route actually goes where you need it to go.

I’ll be honest, that 9.9 rating had me skeptical at first — those numbers usually mean either fake reviews or a place that’s trying way too hard. But after staying here, it actually makes sense. It’s not about luxury amenities or marble lobbies; it’s about getting the fundamentals right and then adding those little touches that make a difference. The WiFi actually works throughout the apartment, the water pressure is solid, and there’s proper heating (which you’ll appreciate if you’re here during the cooler months). The location puts you within walking distance of some genuinely good restaurants that haven’t been completely discovered by the guidebook crowd yet, and you’re close enough to both the metro and decent taxi routes that getting around the city doesn’t become this whole production. It’s the kind of place where you stop thinking about where you’re staying and just start living your trip, if that makes sense.

  Проживали в апартаментах компанией из четырех человек. При подборе у нас были критерии: оценка – не менее 9 баллов, наличие трех раздельных спальных мест, обязательно кухня со всеми принадлежностями и стиральной машиной, два санузла и наличие парковочных мест для автомобиля, так как путешествовали по Азербайджану на арендованном автомобиле.
  Все ожидания полностью совпали.
  Встретил нас хозяин Ниджат, при чем спасибо ему за терпение, при передвижении по Баку попали в пробку (давненько не бывали в таких) и задержались аж на целых два часа: Ниджат нас терпеливо ждал, ни высказал никакого не удовольствия, Мы, конечно извинились, и Ниджат стал нас заселять в апартаменты.
  Апартаменты – все новое, чистое, достойное. Для меня важно, чтобы матрас – был удобный: он – удобный! Для друга из нашей компании надо было, чтобы напор воды в душе был сильный, так и было. Подушки тоже удобные. На кухне все необходимое в наличии. Описание полностью совпадает с действительностью.
  Проблем с парковкой – не было. Внутри двора, конечно, не припарковаться. Но по периметру всегда были места и достаточно.
  Очень удобно, что в соседнем подъезде продуктовый магазин и еще есть парочка продуктовых в шаговой доступности.
  Отдельное спасибо и признательность от всей нашей компании Ниджату за теплый прием и радушие: всегда был на связи, сбрасывал нам точки геолокации, лично в день заезда довез нас до кафе, куда мы потом постоянно ходили ужинать – цены демократичные, все вкусно, да еще и постоянно комплименты от кафе (эхх. название забыла, но Ниджат подскажет)

  The host was just beyond helpful. He stayed in touch before my trip and during my whole stay, answered my questions, helped organize some things I needed and he definitely made my first impression of Baku a good one.
  The flat is a big modern one in a new building, very clean and well equipped. A bit away from the old town (as you can see on the map when you book), but if you don't mind walking from the metro station or taking a taxi, it's perfectly fine.
  
  Хозяин всегда готов помочь. Он был на связи до заезда и в течение всего срока проживания, отвечал на мои вопросы, помог в организации некоторых моментов по моей просьбе, при этом вовсе не был навязчив. Определенно положительно повлиял на моё первое впечатление от Баку.
  Квартира большая и современная, очень чистая и хорошо обставленная, в новом здании. Немного далековато от старого города (что, впрочем, видно на карте, когда бронируете), но если для вас не критично пройтись от станции метро или вызвать такси, то расположение хорошее.

  Everything was fine and perfect , the owner was kind man ,and always making sure by sms if everything is running fine .we had great time during our stay .this apartment is a 5 stars .

  Понравился размер квартиры, большая светлая. Кухня оборудована, есть все,что необходимо. Кровати удобные, две ванных комната, очень удобно. Внизу в доме есть три продуктовых магазина, где можно купить все необходимое.
  Хозяин очень вежливый и отзывчивый, все продумал, и организовал трансфер, и сим карту подготовил. В квартире быстрый WiFi.

  It seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nicat is the most thoughtful host, was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions and provided us with all the information we needed. Place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. Apartment kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and terrace are clean and light. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Nicat for giving Us such a wonderful time in Baku.
