But walking into this little gem on Bülbül Prospekti actually caught me off guard in the best way. The lobby genuinely feels like someone transported a piece of Montmartre to Azerbaijan, complete with those ornate mirrors and velvet chairs that somehow don’t feel overdone. I mean, it’s only a 3-star property, but they’ve clearly put thought into every corner instead of just throwing money at generic luxury.

The location is what really sold me though. Bülbül Prospekti isn’t one of those tourist strips – it’s where actual Bakuvians live and work, which means you’re getting real neighborhood energy without sacrificing convenience. There’s this fantastic little bakery about two blocks down that opens at 6 AM (trust me on the fresh lavash), and you can easily walk to the Flame Towers when you want those Instagram shots. The street itself gets a bit busy during rush hour – around 8 AM and 6 PM – but honestly, the rooms are well-insulated so it never bothered me. What I loved was falling asleep to the gentle hum of the city rather than that eerie silence you get in some isolated hotels.

The staff deserves serious credit here. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, and the front desk guy – I think his name was Eldar – actually drew me a little map of the neighborhood with his personal recommendations rather than just handing over the usual tourist brochure. The rooms themselves hit that sweet spot between cozy and spacious, with these beautiful hardwood floors that creak just slightly when you walk (in a charming way, not annoying). The bathroom fixtures are modern without being cold, and there’s actually decent water pressure – something you can’t always count on in this price range. One tiny thing: the WiFi gets a bit spotty on the third floor during evening hours, probably when everyone’s streaming, but it’s nothing major. What really impressed me was how clean everything felt without that harsh chemical smell some places have. They use this subtle lavender scent that makes the whole place feel like someone’s well-kept home rather than a business. And honestly, with a 9.7 rating, I expected to find some catch – like hidden fees or rude staff – but nope. Sometimes places actually earn those scores.

  Потрясающие апартаменты. Очень стильный интерьер, в котором приятно находиться, просыпаться. Чувствуешь себя, правда, будто в Париже. Крайне удобно, что есть отдельная гардеробная, где можно разместить все свои вещи. Расположение максимально комфортное, в центре Старого города. Все интересные места в пешей доступности. Обязательно буду рекомендовать друзьям!

  При бронировании немного смущало то, что здесь был всего один отзыв. Но потом выяснилось что этот апартамент совсем недавно отремонтирован и сдавался в основном на других площадках. Общались с хозяйкой Фаридой, все вопросы решались быстро, она очень доброжелательная и всегда готова помочь гостям. Расположение идеальное, рядом Старый город, набережная, станция метро, улица Низами, вокруг много магазинов 24/7 где всегда можно купить всё что нужно. До аэропорта 20-25 минут на такси за примерно 9$. Оформление апартаментов очень стильное, выполнено с большим вкусом и профессионализмом, все фото соответствуют действительности. Там есть всё что необходимо для комфортного пребывания и даже дополнительные приятные подарки от хозяев в виде фруктов, некоторой еды в холодильнике для нас, запаса кофе. Нас было трое, включая сына 14 лет, нам всем очень понравилось. В следующий приезд в прекрасный город Баку вероятно остановимся здесь)
