The space itself is well thought out – I mean, you can actually spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase, and the wifi was solid enough that I could work from the little dining area without any issues. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting the details right, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re dealing with apartment-style accommodations. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to point me toward the good coffee spot (not the tourist trap one), and when I had a question about getting to Fountain Square, they gave me the actual local route instead of just saying “take a taxi.”

The building itself is pretty quiet – even on weekends, I wasn’t dealing with street noise keeping me up, though you’ll hear the occasional car since it’s still a city street. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to practical stuff: good water pressure, reliable electricity (which isn’t always a given), and they’d clearly invested in decent mattresses and linens. It’s those kinds of details that separate places that actually care from ones just trying to fill beds. The whole setup just works – whether you’re here for a few days of sightseeing or need a proper base for a longer stay in Baku, it hits that sweet spot of comfort and convenience without trying too hard to impress you with fancy amenities you probably won’t use anyway.

  The apartment given was different than what is shown in the pictures. We reached at 3.30pm (late than checking time) however apartment wasn't ready until 4pm.
  AC in living room was not working and we raised issue multiple times, the manager contacted me on whatsapp, however nothing happened.
  Internet stopped working for a whole day in our 3 day stay.
  Overall 50/50 experience but be ready with surprises.
  Nonetheless, location is perfect and right near Nizami street.

  Good location with walking distance to old town and front. Spacious apartment and helpful host.
  
  What could be improved: There is noise from the nearby nightlife and roads, which may not suit some. The wifi wasn't working but the host was able to provide a SIM – thank you.
