But then you step inside and realize the Art Club folks have actually created something pretty special here. The first-floor location is perfect (no lugging suitcases up multiple flights), and the space itself has this surprisingly sophisticated vibe that balances modern comfort with subtle nods to local aesthetics. The apartment feels lived-in but curated, if that makes sense – like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve thought about the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen is properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation – which is clutch when you want to grab fresh produce from the nearby markets and cook something instead of eating out every meal. The neighborhood itself is genuinely residential, so you get this authentic slice of Baku life while still being walkable to the main attractions. Sabayil district has this nice energy where locals are going about their daily routines, and honestly, some of my best discoveries came from just wandering around the surrounding streets and stumbling into little cafés and shops that clearly cater to residents, not tourists.

The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s one of those places where the execution matches the concept. Street noise isn’t really an issue since Əziz Əliyev isn’t a main thoroughfare, though you will hear the occasional conversation from neighbors, which I actually found kind of charming (gives you that real apartment living experience). Check-in was smooth, and the Art Club connection shows in thoughtful touches throughout the space – interesting artwork, quality furnishings that feel intentional rather than just functional. I’d definitely recommend this spot, especially if you’re the type who prefers feeling like a temporary local rather than a tourist passing through. Just know that you’re trading hotel amenities like room service for something more authentic, and in my experience, that trade-off is absolutely worth it.

  The Airbnb room was fantastic—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in seamless. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

  Это просто шикарные апартаменты в самом сердце Ичери-шехер, рядом с Торговой площадью! Квартира восхитительная — новая, светлая, и невероятно красивая. Каждый уголок здесь продуман до мелочей, а уровень комфорта на высоте.
  
  Особенно хочется отметить владельца — очень гостеприимного и приятного человека. Он сделал наше пребывание ещё более приятным, всегда был на связи и готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Его забота и внимание сделали мое путешествие по-настоящему незабываемым.
  
  Если вы ищете место для отдыха в Баку, которое сочетает в себе удобство, стиль и идеальное расположение — это то, что вам нужно. Искренне рекомендую!
