The neighborhood has these tree-lined sections that provide actual shade (trust me, you’ll want that during Baku’s intense summer months), and I noticed locals doing their daily shopping at small markets nearby – always a good sign that you’re staying somewhere real rather than in some sterile hotel district.

What really impressed me about this place was how it managed to feel both polished and comfortable without trying too hard. The four-star rating feels accurate – it’s not trying to be the fanciest spot in town, but everything works properly and there’s genuine attention to detail. The apartment setup means you get more space than your typical hotel room, which is clutch if you’re staying more than a few nights or traveling with family.
