Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “beautiful and comfortable apartment in the city center in an architectural building,” I thought it was going to be one of those generic Airbnb situations where the photos are way better than reality. But this place on Əlövsət Quliyev küçəsi actually delivers on that promise, and then some. The building itself is gorgeous – one of those classic Baku architectural gems that makes you stop and look up from the sidewalk. You know how some of these old buildings in Nasimi district have been completely gutted and lost their character? Well, this one hasn’t. They’ve managed to keep all the original details while making everything work for modern travelers.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Baku rather than just visiting it. Əlövsət Quliyev street isn’t one of those tourist strips where everything’s overpriced – it’s where actual people go about their daily lives. There’s a little bakery about two blocks down that opens ridiculously early (I mean like 6 AM early) and the smell of fresh bread drifting up the street in the morning is… well, it’s pretty magical. You’re close enough to walk to all the main sights – the Old City, Flame Towers, the whole waterfront area – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with tour bus noise at 7 AM. The apartment itself feels spacious in a way that most city center places don’t. I think it’s something about the high ceilings and the way the light comes in through those tall windows. The furnishings actually match the character of the building too, which is rare. Usually you get beautiful architecture with IKEA furniture that completely kills the vibe, but someone here actually thought about how everything works together.

What really impressed me though was the attention to small details that most places completely ignore. The shower pressure is excellent (and if you’ve stayed in older buildings anywhere, you know this isn’t guaranteed), the Wi-Fi actually works in every room, and there are enough power outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. The 9.4 rating makes sense when you experience stuff like this – it’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should. Even check-in was smooth, which honestly surprised me because sometimes these smaller properties can be a bit chaotic with timing. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings but not crazy loud, and by midnight it’s quiet enough that you’ll sleep well. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to explore more of the residential side of Baku rather than just hitting the obvious tourist spots. It’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable and authentic without trying too hard to be either.

  Удобное расположение, до главных достопримечательностей 15 минут пешком. При этом нет толп туристов под окнами. Рядом две станции метро, автобусы.
  
  Квартира чистая, светлая, свежая и для двоих было просторно. Есть всё необходимое. Хозяева вежливые, всегда на связи, готовы помочь. Мы сами покупали только расходники, вроде туалетной бумаги и капсул для стирки, всё остальное есть. Квартира настолько уютная, что хотелось в ней проводить даже больше времени, чем на прогулках))
  
  Мы телевизором не пользовались, но вроде там можно подключить ютуб на свой аккаунт, флэшку с фильмами вставить или выйти в интернет
  
  Вся техника рабочая, довольно новая
  
  What could be improved: К самой квартире нет ВООБЩЕ НИКАКИХ замечаний, она прекрасна! Единственное, нам не хватало стульчиков на балконе, чтобы посидеть вечером, но может они есть в летнее время
  
  Есть два недостатка, НЕ касающихся самой квартиры. С угла дома на улице стоят мусорные баки, и по ночам в них постоянно кто-то рылся, открывая и закрывая, и громко хлопая крышками. Заглушить этот грохот невозможно((( Через пару дней, мы привыкли к нему насколько это возможно, но если у вас чуткий сон, берите беруши.
  И ещё имейте ввиду, что в соседней квартире есть дети. И они (нет, не кричат) ближе к ночи примерно по часу скачут по дому, как табун коней, сотрясая стены, без преувеличения )))))) Этот нюанс тоже больше важен будет нежным натурам, ценящим тишину и полный покой
  
  В остальном, всё супер!! Рекомендую от души, это мечта а не квартира, себе бы хотела такую!

  Las instalaciones nuevas y muy cuidadas. No le faltaba nada. Anfitriones muy atentos y siempre en comunicación. El apto se encuentra a 5 min del centro y la peatonal que es bellísima.

  Все отлично, апартаменты чистые, есть все необходимое. Месторасположение прекрасное, для посещения основных достопримечательностей не придется пользоваться такси – все в шаговой доступности. Рядом с домом магазин 24/7

  Very good communication with the host throughout my stay, clean and tidy apartment, big enough for one person or a couple. Has everything you need for your visit. Good location and in close proximity to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Would stay again.
  
  What could be improved: Only problem I had was the fact that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but that means you get your exercise for the day 😄

  Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности есть все что нужно, супермаркет, банк, парк, главная улица с кафе и бутиками, метро. Сама квартира расположена в красивом доме на 3 этаже, с балконов которой открывается прекрасный вид на город, особенно красиво тут вечером и ранним утром. Внутри квартира очень чистая, светлая и уютная. Есть в избытке все необходимые ванные, кухонные, спальные принадлежности, много места для хранения вещей, большая кровать, обеденный стол, пуфики, сушилка, утюг и гладильная доска. Вся техника работает исправно, мебель современная удобная. В каждой комнате есть много схем освещения, от яркого основного, до небольшой подсветки. Есть Wi-Fi, и SmartTV на телевизоре. Есть так же очень атмосферный электрический камин, который потрескивает как настоящий. В квартире растут живые цветы. Есть два балкончика, на которых приятно сидеть вечерами. Квартира отлично под ходит для как для одного человека, так и для пары. Владельцы – максимально приятные и доброжелательные люди, своевременно отвечали на все запросы, помогли поднять багаж)

  Удобное расположение аппартаментов, есть местные рестораны и магазины, куда можно отправиться на прогулку после ужина. Красивый и стильный дизайн. Отличная атмосфера и уютный интерьер. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Приветливая и внимательная хозяйка и чуткий подход . Обязательно прилетим сюда на отдых в следующем году. Рекомендую!

  Ev sahibim çok yardımsever, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok ilgili, cana yakın ve alakalıydı. Dairesi çok temiz, düzenli, hizjyenikti. Evin genel olarak dekorasyonu ve eşyaları yeni, modern tarzda döşenmiş, Çok zevkli döşenmiş. Aydınlatma, ısıtma, soğutma, su, elektrik, gaz sıkıntısı yaşamadım.. Eşyalarının ve odaların kullanışlı olması ,konforlu olması çok iyi. Komşulardan yana da sıkıntım olmadı. komşuları genelde Rus ailelerdi. Tek ve ya da çift olarak klabileceğiniz ideal bir daire.
  konum olarak Bakü Targovıy olarak geçiyor. İstanbul'un Taksim meydanına çok benzeyen İstiklal Çaddesine çok benzeyeyen Fevvareler Meydanına (Fountain Prospekt) yürüyerek 3 dk. (400 metre) mesafede, Deniz sahiline yürüyerek 7 dk.(800 m) mesafede. Daire Bakü şehir merkezinde olduğu için gezilmesi görülmesi gereken her yere, restoranlara, avm lere, yürüme mesafesinde. ev sesiz huzurlu bir sokakta. Market, büfe,kafelere çok yakın.
  Evden , ev sahibimden, konumdan, Bakü^'den çok memnun kaldım.
  Herkese tavsiye ederim.
  Gönül rahatlığı ile bu evi tercih edebilirsiniz.
  
  What could be improved: Hoşuma gitmeyen tek şey, apartmanların (binaların) koridorlarının, en azından evlerin iç dekorasyonu ve binaların dış cephe dekorasyonun çeyreği kadar temiz, bakımlı ve özenli olmaması.
